Very slow service

Very slow service, tiny images of items around property. Had to call to get survey sent on 8th day on a 5-7 day service, avoid

Level 3 Survey - 5 star service

Excellent pre and post survey service. In addition, great customer service from Administration team.

Survey was carried out promptly and Watsons kept me informed on progress.

Prior to issue of report, Christine called me to give me a brief initial review which was very helpful and enabled me to reassure the vendor I would still be proceeding with purchase.

The Final report was thorough and backed up with photographs.

I would have no hesitation in recommending their services and would certainly use them again.

Good service… worth the money

Quick turnaround and even did the survey days earlier than the original date. Report was clear and informative. Amber was great and helpful by booking it in with the estate agent and answering any questions I had.

Survey

Quick presentation of the report following the survey. Only one small glitch - the report stated that the property has no garage. It has. That was not inspected. However, very detailed information on what was inspected. Shortlist of main points to be addressed. Concise instructions on what to do next.

Good service

When I phoned up to book a survey ,the person I spoke to was very helpful and kind , it’s so important to be able to discuss with the surveyor too ,about certain areas of the report and I was able to do this on the phone which I prefer.

Extremely pleased with the service I…

Extremely pleased with the service I received from Watsons. Once I ordered survey, they immediately advised me on dates they could do, only days from order. After booked they kept me informed, advised me on the day that they had attended property, rang me following day with brief update on property and that report would be with me following afternoon once done at office, however actually received earlier following morning. Easy to comprehend and advised to contact if any questions. Excellent service and would use again. Price also very good.

RICS Home Survey- Level 2

We had a level 2 survey carried out on the house we are purchasing. Harry was really helpful, talked us through the whole process and answered all of our questions. He made us feel much more confident about the whole process. The report came back quickly.

Highly recommended!

We commissioned a Level 3 survey and later a few follow up reports from Watsons and were extremely happy with all the results. All our reports were completed very quickly. They were clear, thorough, and gave us all the information we needed. Our surveyor also took the trouble to to call us as soon as he’d completed the first report to talk through his findings. We were very impressed with every aspect of our dealings with Watsons and highly recommend them.
