Excellent service. Sadly the property we was buying fell through but Stephen and sophie where amazing at the rainhill branch Kept in contact with updates and dealing with solicitors on our behalf. They worked so hard. Strongly recommend.

Just completed a sale with Stapleton Derby Rainford Office. I have to say that June and Francesca have been really helpful through the whole process, with regular updates and a friendly ear when needed. I would highly recommend June and her team to anyone starting the process of selling.

Having bought a property from Stapleton derby completion today I can only say the service i received from them was second to none absolutely marvellous June is an absolute gem nothing was too much trouble for her and her negotiating skills excellent I would definitely recommend them if you are thinking of moving home Lynn Slade

Quickly organised viewings for our property and we sold within a few weeks. Really helpful in keeping us up to date with the process as we didn't have the best solicitors!
