Chinese con artists! SAVE YOUR MONEY!
Chinese con artists!! Save your money! I ordered the sea stone ring, which in the picture looked amazing. It took well over a month to be delivered and when it was,.it was laughable.Absolute cheap tat. It's not a sea glass, instead it's some plastic looking triangle shaped crap. It's not even sterling silver but crappy and plated metal. I've not even worn it and it's already going black..To be honest, im not likey to wear it, as it just looks like a kids ring. Pretty embarrassing and complete waste of my time and money!
Cheap over priced dress ring that took…
Cheap over priced dress ring that took weeks to arrive. Looks nothing like the picture,, nor are the materials it's made from genuine. Just silver plated cheap tat. Stay away from this company.
If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. I bought what was meant to be a seaglass ring. It said so in the product description, in my invoice and also the product photo was of a seaglass ring.
Instead I got a cheap looking ring with a cheap plasticky stone. The false advertising is so big here, it's almost hard to know where to start.
And when I complained they offered a 10%refund. Not cool. Not cool at all.
jewellery goes black within days.
I brought a bracelet from this company for £30+ it took weeks to arrive and it went black within days. Can’t wear it. They’re refusing to refund, having to go through PayPal. First a last purchase, terrible company, terrible customer service, unprofessional, cheap products. Do not recommended.
Turned up late and damaged
For a uk company (well so called) was over 3 weeks late missed my wedding anniversary. With a cock and bull story. Then when received it was defective so I've emailed twice within a week. Still no reply yet another scam outfit DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Pleased with purchase
Received my order 4 weeks after placing. I was worried after so many poor reviews but their customer service answered a query within 12hrs via email and kept in touch throughout. The bracelet arrived in nice gift box and i am pleased with it, better than thought would be for the price
Don't even bother, they are con-artists
This store did send us the goods in the end but they were poor quality, the only way we got anywhere was by using PayPal to intervene. Hoping to get a full refund as we have just sent the rings back, but at least we have PayPal protection. Honestly don't touch this company! They prey on the vulnerable who have lost a loved one.
Does anyone have the return address I'm…
Does anyone have the return address I'm beyond sick of dealing with these scammers almost 40 emails of bull###£ and still dodging giving me it ??
Received my bracelets and after one day…
Finally received my two bracelets after waiting weeks for delivery and after one day of my mum and me wearing them, they both have started falling apart. Complained and received an email from “Zoe” saying that, rather than refund because they will loose money that they will send me another two. With the quality of the items told "Zoe" that I wasn't convinced that the next 2 would last any longer and asked for a full refund. I am still waiting to hear if I can send back for a full refund.
Update - email received this morning and they are only offering 30% refund on 2 bracelets as that is the maximum they can offer!! If I want a full refund, I have to post back to China at my own cost and wont even get the cost of the postage back. I wish I had done due diligence and checked reviews before I ordered. Facebook should definitely check out sellers before allowing them to post as the majority of them are just scammers out to get your money!!!

I wish I’d done the same thing as most…
I wish I’d done the same thing as most people on here did which was check reviews.
Purchased a ring 2.5 months ago. Complained by email. Did get a reply from someone called Zoe. Apologised for delay. 6 weeks later I got a tracking number which shows me nothing. Complained again. Reply this time said delivery should be 10-15 days once tracking number received.
Still received nothing!!!
Dodgy dodgy B*******😡
Beautiful bracelet
I must admit I ordered the bracelet before I read the negative reviews and was very worried it was a scam. It did take about 4 or 5 weeks before I received the bracelet but I couldn't be more surprised. It is beautiful and well worth the money. Very pleased with it and more relieved it wasn't a scam
Rubbish piece of tin with plastic…
Rubbish piece of tin with plastic stones as jewels.
It looks cheap and nasty and I can tell it will go rusty! I wouldn't even give it to my 5 yrold grandaughter!
I asked for a refund so let's see!!
I agree with the complaints about this…
I agree with the complaints about this company. I ordered a bracelet nearly a month ago and the money was taken straight from my account but I haven't received the product and can't get in touch with the company. If it hasn't arrived in the next couple of weeks I'm putting a complaint into the fraud department with my bank. I would very much avoid!
Such poor quality
Such poor quality. Not as described and also faulty. Asked for a refund and got told it would cost 80% of what I paid 2 send back so they offered me a 15% refund!! Told them no. They now r offing a £25 online credit. Nope I want a refund!!
Total scam
Total scam. Wished I’d read the reviews before ordering, but I loved the bracelet .it was for my friend who lost her husband. So disappointed. I agree that facebook should look into these companies before letting them post on Facebook as legitimate companies.
TOTAL AND UTTER SCAM
I ordered a bracelet for my best friend over a month ago and still haven’t received it. I have emailed (because that’s the only way you can make contact) several times and every time they point me to tracking information when ch doesn’t work. I’ve told them tonight that unless I get answers, I am reporting them to Action Fraud, not that this will do any good because they’re in China. Why oh why don’t Facebook vet these ads before they allow them to go public. We’ve all been scammed
Birthstone Bangle
I Ordered A Bangle Which Had 2 Birthstones 1 On Each Opening Of The Bangle! The Stones Were The Correct Colour! The Engraving Should Have Read 'Your My Favourite B#### To B#### About B#### With' Unfortunately It Read 'The Bond Between An Aunty And Niece Is Unbreakable'
I Bought This Bangle To Be Worn On The Wrist Of A Close Friend As We Have Just Buried Her. As You Can Imagine, There Wasn't Enough Time For This Mistake To Be Corrected, So I Had To Bury Her Knowing This Wasn't The Bangle I Wanted For Her.
I Have Emailed And Raised The Issue! As Of Yet I Am Still Waiting For A Reply.
I ordered this item a month ago still…
I ordered this item a month ago still hasn't arrived but they took the money. Why hasn't Facebook shut them down scammers !!!!
I'm very happy
I gave 4 stars only because it did take a month to receive. I ordered a cat eye necklace. Maybe I am just seeing what I want to see but besides a tiny difference in size it looks like my fur baby's eye! I love it!
