I ordered a memorial necklace from this company after seeing an advert on Facebook. I wanted to honour my beautiful cat who had recently passed away. I received my order confirmation email and then heard nothing. I contacted the email address 12 days later asking for an update and received a response from a personal email account stating that as I was a “VIP customer” they’d expedite my delivery. There was no real update as to when I was going to receive my necklace. I then checked the reviews on here and thought, “oh no, I’ve been scammed!” This is obviously not a UK company, but one who is presenting as one. However, my necklace turned up six days later, much to my surprise. The necklace is lovely (a bit long for my liking but there you go) and it was in a beautiful presentation box. So, although the service and communication wasn’t great, the product has made up for it.

I had to give a star to write this review. I want my money back. You have taken my money but not delivered the rings. I bought them as a memory to my mum who has recently passed away and ordered her birth stone and my sisters for one ring then mums again and mine for the other. Please contact me to refund or I will take further action

I waited 6 weeks for my order to arrive only for it to strive today with an empty box no ring that I ordered and have paid for.

I contacted the so called support team and haven’t had a response to my 7 emails I have sent them.

Avoid at all costs and report this company!

Wished I had read the reviews before ordering 2 rings for my Grandaughters . Still no sign of them after 4 weeks ne replies to my emails 😡😡 wouldn't recommend at all if they had 0 ☆ I would give it

What a load of CHEAP SH@TE!!! The ring I received looked like a cheap ring out of a lucky bag and was SO tiny. Also they are based in China so don’t be misled by the belove jewel UK because THAT’S A LIE!!!!!!

Scam. Ordered over a month ago, no tracking, no response... Took my money and ran

I ordered a necklace from them and saw the address was not complete on the order even though I put the correct details in. I have sent 3 emails and a facebook message with no response.

Crap and a scammer

I have purchased a few pieces from this company and have been pleased, for the most part. But one earring I got lost one of its hoops, so I wrote several emails asking if I could purchase a replacement. I never received a response from them to any of my messages. So, buyer beware of this company would be my advice. Their customer service is nonexistent.

Wish I had read reviews on here before purchasing! My ring arrived looking nothing like the picture in the add. It’s so small you can barely see the shape let alone the colours.
Commented on their facebook post several times but my comment is deleted immediately. So unfair. I will be getting a refund and making sure I read trust pilot before making spontaneous purchases in the future!

I got my anniversary present 2day & I absolutely love it

Item finally arrived. I suspected it was a scam but it turns out to be genuine. There was no communication at all after purchase from this company which made me suspicious. The item actually arrived in a nice box. Other reviews are not at all good so please be aware

It’s a scam, taken my money and won’t respond to any of my emails, I haven’t received my product. I had an email saying they’ve hacked my account and threatened to leak my information, pictures, address etc.

Just had email stating my address was wrong by three different people it’s a scam don’t buy anything from them

My husband bought me a bracelet for our anniversary from this cowboy company, it was stated to be silver with diamonds, after 1 day of wearing it it went black, we were away on holiday when I opened it so was unable to return, contacted them in return and it would cost £20+ to return which we would have to pay! STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS, THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT FOOLING PEOPLE THEY JEWELLERY IS GENUINE

Received my bracelet which will only fit approx a 10 yr old child..
Customer service will not refund me and want me to pay the return.
Also I had no idea it was from Hong Kong/Japan I would never have ordered. Beware

I’ve ordered a ring, I did email them. I’ve had email back from a Zachary then says best regards Beverley. They state my ring is in factory then to warehouse to be checked. All a scam at bottom of email Chinese writing where date is. When I went onto tracking my order doesn’t exist

Order never arrived, no email to contact or the one bounced back, this is a scam

Scammers, no e-mail about delivery. Should of checked reviews. Terrible!

Scam

Firstly they are in CHINA NOT UK
The items they sell are cheap tat. A present for my wife fell apart after 5 days . Now you think they’re in UK so not a problem.
WRONG they will give you all sorts of were a poor company with big overheads and they are selling at an almost loss. Then the percentage offers start . Keep the broken item and we will give you refund of 5%
This will go back and fourth for weeks. So if you’re stupid enough to buy from them not using PayPal or credit card it’s most likely you will be out of pocket. Then comes the crunch they say no refund until you send back to them insured and tracked that’s going to cost you minimum £10.00 but could be Over £25.00 they then have the upper hand , I then researched the bracelet I payed £24.10 for and it was on Amazon for £2.20p next day delivery not waiting weeks from China.

I ended up getting 50% back of what I paid AVOID at all costs read the Reviews they are Scammers of the highest order and NOT in the UK.
In fact when you email them it’s not a business address and you get different people to talk to .
They must make a fortune ripping folk off.
Avoid like the plague.
