Absolutely love the jewellery from here I’ve bought a couple of pieces it’s beautifully made and the customer service is amazing can’t fault it. This is now my go to for meaningful and beautiful pieces.

Waited over a month for the item I ordered, have emailed 4 times and keep getting told to wait 5-7 days, I have requested a refund so I will see how I get on with that before I go to the bank for it.

Scam company from China mascarading as an English company. Took nearly a month to post then what actually arrived was nothing like what I ordered. Disputed through PayPal and they expect me to pay for return postage to China in what is meant to be an English company! Do yourself a favour and dont trade with this company they are a complete and utter scam. Deeply regret my transaction

I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from Belovejewel.

I ordered two rings in December and waited nearly three months to receive them. During that time, I sent multiple emails asking for updates and was repeatedly given vague responses. At one point, I was even told I would receive a refund once the rings arrived because of the excessive delay — that never happened.

When the rings finally arrived, they were NOT what I ordered.

The rings I selected were non-adjustable, required a specific ring size, and had a clean engraving inside the band. The heart stones were large and properly set. What I received were adjustable rings with very small stones. The engraving was placed on the outside of the ring, was barely readable, and looked nothing like the product photos. The prongs stuck up so high that I scratched my hand within minutes of wearing it.

When I contacted customer service, instead of honoring a refund for an item that was clearly “Significantly Not As Described,” they offered:
• 30% refund
• A replacement item
• Store credit

None of which addressed the issue that the product was incorrect.

They required me to pay expensive international return shipping to China in order to receive a refund — shipping that would have cost nearly as much as the rings themselves. This is not reasonable when the seller sends the wrong item.

I have ordered from many online retailers and overseas shops and have NEVER experienced anything like this. Extremely disappointing customer service and misleading product representation.

Pretends to be a UK company but in fact is a cover for a Chinese company. Ordered earings for Valentines Day but still awaiting delivery 2 weeks later so will not have ghem in time. I won’t be using again!

Absolutely terrible false promises very bad customer service not a uk company read website carefully say’s Chinese. Paid with credit card so issued a claim through them

Stay clear of this company. Should be shut down by UK trading authorities. Ordered a bracelet mid November and still waiting. The communication is a joke. Will try getting money back from my bank.

I wish I’d read these reviews before buying from this awful company! The ring took several weeks to arrive and got here just before Christmas luckily. Then after gifting it it to my mum she wore it for 10days before it became awfully tarnished changing colour completely and one of the “birthstones” fell out. I contacted the company for a refund due to awful quality and they offered to replace (why would I want another crap product) or 20% refund, I declined and they offered 30%, again this is not good enough they said they’d give me a full refund if I returned the product but reminded me how expensive this could be for myself returning internationally as I’d have to foot the cost. Bullying behaviour. Completely unacceptable and have started the process of getting my money back through my bank, luckily paid with a credit card so easier to dispute!

This is a scam company. Sent me 4 rings that looked nothing like what I ordered. Got 4 of the same exact ring, even though each of the rings were supposed to have different birthstones. When I contacted them, they stated that what I ordered may look different in person but that is what I ordered.

I can only echo what everyone else has said.

Ordered a necklace for my wife for Christmas on 30th November. It didn't show up. Asked for a refund, got told they would process it.

Heard nothing, the necklace then arrived on 6th Jan (!) - at which point I'd sourced a new one from an alternative website (which arrived in two days...).

BeJewel are now refusing my refund.

Gorgeous pieces of jewellery. They did take a while to arrive but the company were open about that when I ordered. I received tracking updates and could check it at any time. I was relieved as I saw the reviews after I ordered and while I wouldn’t think the rings could be worn every day I did get them as a keepsake for mothers and daughters. I’m happy I’ve not been scammed 😁

Absolute scam company!! Not in the UK as advertised, took a month to come the snapped the first day it was worn absolutely disgusting!!! Now ignoring my emails! Do not use them!

I wanted to leave a good review for this company as I can see that they have a lot of negative reviews.
I've just received my bracelet today & I am very happy with it. It looks exactly like the picture & seems to be made with a strong material.
It did take longer than expected to arrive (3 weeks) and is obviously shipped from China.
I did email the company on week 2 to find out where my order was & they replied the same day reassuring me that I would receive tracking as soon as it's shipped, I did receive this & the tracking worked. My order was delivered by Yodel.

Absolutely awful company to deal with.
Bought a bracelet and stated that it was real silver on the website, it most definitely was not silver it is grey with not a single sign of silver.
When I asked to return they said I needed to pay for the return to China. This in my opinion is false advertising. Beware when ordering.

Not yet received my order but had suspicions. These cheap and nasty Chinese companies masking as UK companies are all over the Internet. We need to be more vigilant before being duped by this sh1t.
