Honest??? This company is fake. Took my money, never got product. When I tried to track my purchase they said no order was found. I contacted " said company " and haven't heard from them since. How can Google run ads from fake businesses??? Save your money, folks...they scammed me

They are a scam company from China they are not UK,do not buy from them.

I wish I looked at the reviews before ordering. But like some other I ordered a cat eye necklace and what I was sent didn’t look like my cats eye at all. It also took AGES to get delivered. When asking for a refund the most they said they could do was give me 25% refund… they’re just stealing people money!

Absolute scammers!! Dodgy Chinese company masquerading as a UK based company. Ordered two items six weeks ago spending £50 and they still haven't arrived. Trying to contact the company is nearly impossible and when I got a response it was from a personal email address and made no sense. I eventually got a response which set my items were delivered, the address shown is over 150 miles away. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

Hey, everyone. This is an update, it took me over a month, but I finally managed to get my money back!
If you have made your purchase through paypal and you are unhappy with it, send a message to the support team, open a dispute! Send them pictures!
I had to return the item back and I had to pay for the return price, but paypal kindly gave me a voucher to cover the cost.
I really hope that's helpful to someone! Good luck!

I just went to the post office to get my item, after waiting for 40+ days.
It's a "personalised cat eye necklace"...
Guess what, that eye on the picture is not even my cats eye.. So disappointing.
I've spent 22£ and waited for so long to get disappointed so much.
I just requested a refund and if they don't answer or don't give my money back. I'm going to get my money of paypal.
This is a total scam everyone, don't do my mistake!
I just wish I can attach pictures so you can see!

If I could rate this website lower than 1 star I would. I did receive my order however the quality was terrible! It looks cheap and nothing like the picture online. I have emailed 3 times for a refund and have no response! DO NOT ORDER!

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing on this website, but unfortunately, I blindly trusted the .UK in the URL. This is a very dodgy Chinese website with a British facade. My first red flag went off after I mailed to ask something about my order and they replied with a private email address, a response that made no sense, and plenty of grammar mistakes. After reading the reviews here, I immediately canceled my order. SECOND RED FLAG, they don't have a cancel order button on their website, you have to mail them and ask them directly. They accepted my cancellation but want to give me only a 15% refund (but their website policy clearly states that buyers are entitled to full refunds).
Do you think SheIn and Temu are bad? Wait until you meet these guys.
I sincerely hope you landed on this page before deciding to buy something from them so as not to make my mistake.

Do not order from this company. I ordered a magnetic heart necklace. Magnet will not stay together. I paid $20 plus shipping. They want to give me $3.75 in credit. To send it back, it would cost me $20. They will not accept returns for credit unless they give you permission to return it, which you will not get from them . It's a scam.

If i could give less than one stars i would.
Avoid using this company,they are a Chinese company with and England front.
Shipping time was over a month.
Quality is awful, Sharp edges, machining marks, and faded etching.
The item i received was supposed to be silver but arrived rusted so definitely not.
Requested refund but only managed to get a part refund as return shipping would have been 3/4 of the refund.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I am only giving 1 star as they did respond to emails. When ordered item was in stock and 3-5 days delivery. After 3 weeks and emails such as "we hand make, going through quality control", I finally receive something, that is nothing like the product i ordered. All mass manufactured in China, a China company but stating .UK.

Very suspicious behaviour. Purchase not delivered then numerous conflicting emails. Refund only provided after I escalated the issue with PayPal

Ordered earrings after seeing Facebook ad early January. There is tracking but it only shows the item is still in China.

Won't respond to emails.

I an going to contact my credit card for a charge back

Please help everyone else, if you see ads for this company on facebook please add a comment to let people know what they are like!

Oh I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered I ordered on the 20th of January and still waiting Tried to E-mail them but their E-mail address is not right I think I've been scammed I have been trying to track parcel and it says still in transit

I've ordered lovely earrings advertised on FB. The package arrived about two weeks later containing an EMPTY small jewellery gift box. I've e-mailed them immediately asking for explanation and requesting refund back to my PayPal account. They've replied promptly the next day asking me to provide photos of address labels and the empty gift box which I obliged. The next day I received email apologizing, offering 10 % discount on my order and this time they'll send me the earrings. I refused and asked for refund again. I lost all trust in their integrity when this time they offered 20% and then 30%on anything I order from them and stating that I will not be refunded. I'm so angry with myself for falling for this scam. I had my suspicions about all these different companies offering the same product on FB time and time again. They all are scammers. Don't buy anything advertised on FB. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I ordered earing took 3 weeks to come and are faulty, I have tried to return them but they just keep saying they will replace , they are of bad quality and just want to return. I purchased through klarna and have asked them not to pay and asked them to intervene. Hopefully this will work . The company make out from uk but in fact from China DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I usually avoid any ads I see on social media pages but got caught up with the "beauty" of these miracle glasses. They were basically $20USD each so I ordered 2 pair. Ad stated they were blue screen protective and that they auto adjust between reading and distance. It took a month to receive them which was my first clue they were coming from China even though the ad said they had locations in USA. They were so cheap looking, poor quality and uncomfortable because the metal was rough. Also, I couldn't see out of them, they would not focus. I emailed them for a refund and address to return them to. I was pleased they responded the next day, but they said the shipping to China would be $30 and I only paid $39. So they offered me 10% to keep them. Seriously? That's less than $4.00 and an insult. I countered offered with 50% and they asked for pictures and I complied. Now it's been a week and nothing. No responses. Live and learn, I knew better. Next time I will run the other way!

Received earrings couldn’t even open the clasp - very shoddy look like something from a lucky bag - not like shown on Facebook -,can’t find anywhere to return them £23.50 down the drain. Don’t buy from this company
