Goods not received. Tracking number does not exist. It appears this site is a scam.Do not purchase from this site.
Goods were ordered over a month ago. No response from contact email on site.
Have just received an email reply today. From the company with another tracking link. Which appears to also being another scam. As it requests another payment to be made to track the parcel. Site appears to be a big scam. Do not use.
A further update. As I had taken out their insurance as an extra cost . Incase of problems, asked for a refund as goods received. No response. Also being bombarded with new emails offering discounts for future purchases. Please post on your Facebook warning others of this scam site

Ordered a necklace over a month ago not received it looks like I've lost my £25 been sent an email saying it's been despatched but nothing has turned up

Scam, scam, scam! No tracking number, don't reply to emails or comments on Facebook! Avoid at all costs

Ordered from Facebook, just gone on my bank account to see where I ordered from as couldn’t find any emails ….there in junk so I’ve emailed to see where my order is
Ask why after saying 2/3 working days still after 3 weeks not arrived asked what the issue is ?
Told them I’d like a full refund
Let’s see if I get a reply , reading the other comments it’s doubtful
So looks like I’ll be issuing a refund through the bank , I’m lucky I never used PayPal so I’ll get a refund , sorry people have lost out but it also stops you using companies that are genuine. Says below tick to let belovejewellery know but with so many bad reviews and they still getting them their obviously not interested

Couldn't give zero star I ordered 6 weeks ago for a birthday present as of today 10/12/2024 I still haven't received it the birthday has passed just wished I had read the reviews

Please Don’t Buy Anything From This 100% fake Jewellery site.You wait weeks for delivery only to find missing sentimental items in your order you paid to have inscribed personally are not done properly,Then when they send out the missing items it takes weeks again resulting in paypal not getting involved due to it being past 30 days even though items you received are still missing.
Now the Items bought are tarnished & turning green & you get ignored if you contact them to inform of the fake jewellery sold.Honestly I’d recommend everyone give this website a wide berth they are a joke & Not worth the stress caused when purchasing sentimental items that you expect to be genuine but are 100% fake.Customer service is no help company is a joke.100% Scam

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Ordered 4 weeks ago , spent £30 and not received anything. I’m so angry that I didn’t check the reviews. Bogus tracking number too !!!

This company is a fraud, do not order anything. They will supply bogus tracking information but your item will never arrive
PayPal will not entertain a refund due to this, they were also as much use as a chocolate fireguard.

Like a lot of people reviewing here, if I could have given NO STARS to this company I would have. They scam people out of money and don't send the item. I ordered a necklace 3 weeks ago first of all I didn't get a confirmation email. When I contacted them I got a copy and paste email written in 3 different fonts and no company details. I was very wary. I contacted PayPal and was given tracking details but 3 weeks after I placed the order, it is still not with Royal Mail. It's just been a complete SCAM SCAM SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I asked for my money back on several occasions because I am not happy with the length of time it is taking to receive the order if it will ever arrive, but my request is just being ignored. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Would give it no stars if I could. Unfortunately I paid then read the reviews. Within 30 mins I asked for a refund. I replied to four messages asking for a refund and explaining why as per there messages. They then ignored 2 futher messages and now have sent me a message saying the item is being shipped.
I complained to Facebook and very disappointed that they have done nothing.

I'm still waiting on my orders, not a happy person. I paid by klana n the next payment will be going out and no orders arrived

Ordered from a UK company...apparently. Took 8 weeks in total for 2 orders to be delivered. After several emails I finally received the last Bracelet to arrive. Instead of Mother/Daughter Birthstone Bracelet I received a big sister/little sister Bracelet. Not what I ordered. I've no use for this bracelet. Communication wasn't interpreted well

I read the reviews unfortunately after I'd paid. Within half an hour I cancelled my order and have had these people arguing with me about giving me a refund. In their Terms of service, they state they will refund immediately if the item has not yet been shipped.

I am now being told quite rudely that they have customized this necklace and so they can't refund me.
How can they customize a piece of jewelry literally 30 minutes after I pressed pay??
I told them under no circumstances do I want the product anymore, no inconvenience to them after changing my mind, and I do not want them to send it to me.
Update. Received a full refund when I showed them their own terms of service. Beware of this store.

Awful quality for the price, necklace came , chain all tangled up and knotted, looks nothing like the photo. Absolutely will not buy from them again.

Dreadful service. Dreadful quality. Vulnerable people who have lost their loved ones are paying over the odds for cheap, tacky rubbish and an insult to my beloved husband’s memory!. Save your money and avoid this company at all costs. Don’t bother to leave a warning on their Facebook page as it will be immediately deleted!

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered an item that on receipt was faulty. As per their website you have to email them for returns information, emailed several times, tried messenger too, no replies over a 3 week period. Used Klarna, so raised an issue so they could also try to get the contact information, they didn’t get a response either and as the carrier ‘with no legal recourse apparently’ I have to pay for it. Disgusting retailer, avoid!

I ordered the mother and daughter birthstone ring before looking at the reviews.
After reading the reviews I was a bit worried so I contacted the company who responded to me very quickly and assured me that my item would be shipped as soon as it was made.
I waited a month but as promised it has arrived.
