Complete scam. Ordered a bracelet at the start of December, meant to be a Christmas present and I never even got an order confirmation email. It’s been almost a month with no dispatch/tracking emails or anything and nothings arrived so I emailed asking for a refund and they said they’d try to see where my order was, emailed again saying I just wanted a refund and now no reply. Don’t waste your money.

Terrible company to deal with. Ordered a bracelet in November and it still hasn’t appeared (it was meant to be a Christmas present). No decent responses from the company. The tracking details and tracking site given don’t work. Clearly a scam to get money. Would 100% NOT recommend going anywhere near this company.

Would give 0, not received item, tracking number doesn’t work! Email doesn’t work! Trying to claim money back through my bank now! Don’t buy through this company!!!!!

Do not order from this company i ordered two bracelets at the start of November for christmas and still have not arrived and its xmas eve, after emailing them twice and getting a reasonable email back saying i would get special fast delivery an absolute joke i could have gone somewhere else did not even realise this was a chinese company although you look into the website it says aberdeen avenue Cambridge

Ordered a personalised ring. The packaging arrived a month later. When delivered the package was open and the ring was missing!
Shocking service!

It's a scam - no item received and refusal to respond to my emails and provide a tracking link. Had to raise with my bank to get a refund.

If I could give this company a 0, I would. Absolutely shocking services and should be shut down as a website/company.

A dreadful company to deal with. They are based in China and send rings in an earring box!!!

It takes week’s for goods to arrive which are average at best.

Update order still not received bogus tracking number they just ignore emails. Diabolical company do not buy from them.

Despite reaching out on 7th December for an update, I was only provided with tracking information at that time. Upon reviewing the tracking details, I discovered that my order was only processed and dispatched on 10th December, significantly later than expected. Furthermore, since 13th December, the tracking status indicates that the package remains at the sorting centre, with no further movement or updates.

At the time of purchase, there was no indication of such lengthy processing or delivery times, which I find both unexpected and unsatisfactory. Additionally, their communication throughout this process has left me uncertain about the status of my order or when I can reasonably expect delivery.

Given the circumstances, I have now been forced to raise a dispute with American Express to seek a resolution (as luckily I paid through them).

This company is clearly a scam.
The bracelet ordered was late, and only when I opened a PayPal case did it get shipped.
Upon delivery, the catch of the bracelet does not open, meaning it can not be worn I.e faulty and not fit for purpose.
I requested to return the bracelet for a full refund.
They offered a 20% refund and me to keep the bracelet
I highlighted the consumer rights act to them, in that faulty goods can be returned in 30 days for full reimursement and they then offered 40% refund.
The final amount we have agreed is 60% refund, although I am yet to actually see this in my account.
The return address is China and for me to ship at my own cost, so by the time I do that I'll be out of pocket. I'll take the 60% and still get to keep the faulty item.
The quality is poor as well as being faulty.
Not impressed.

I ordered a mother daughter bracelet for September and June and I got September and April.
Jewels are missing,it's bent and not silver.its cheap and crap.
They don't take responsibility and try charging 20 pounds to send back hahahha idiots

Ordered goods 4 weeks ago. Money came out of my account immediately but no confirmation of order. I was then inundated with emails trying to sell other items, up to 12 a day! I then read the reviews. I emailed requesting my order to be cancelled and a refund to my account. I’ve had zero response from the company. Today the order turned up. It’s really very poor quality. I’m not disappointed as it’s exactly what I expected after reading the reviews. Please don’t order from this company. You can get far better quality from uk companies on Etsy. I always check the reviews, but I didn’t on this one as my daughter sent the link. Lesson learnt!

Please please DO NOT order from this site, I wish I had read the reviews as items do not turn up and tracking numbers do not work, ITS A MASSIVE CON and its about time it was SHUT DOWN!!!!

Not received my item. Email says it has been dispatch, I've emailed and sent a dm on messenger and no response. This item was ordered over a month a go for Christmas. Not good enough, don't waste your money with this untrustworthy company.
