**Warning!**

I would rate this company the lowest if possible. I ordered the Partners for Love ring, which looked beautiful in the pictures, but what I received was a cheap metal ring. The gem is tiny and the color is completely different from what was advertised.

The adjustable band loses shape quickly and is sharp, making it uncomfortable to wear. Additionally, the box arrived with orange stains inside, which is unsanitary.

I emailed the company with photos as proof, but they just wasted my time insisting how nice the ring is. They refused to take responsibility for the stains, claiming it happened during shipping, even though the box was closed. After going back and forth, a new staff member asked for the same photos I already sent.

I eventually had to contact my bank to initiate a chargeback. Avoid this company!

DO NOT ORDER - I placed an order at the start of the December and almost 3 months later have not received anything, and having chased up 3 times I have not heard anything back from the company. Complete scam.

DO NOT ORDER! Ordered birthstone ring and it sent my daughters finger green after a months wear! Contacted company refused to return or refund offered 10% off next purchase! Lol! Joke!

This company is a joke!
Took nearly 3 months for my bracelets to arrive.
Massive stone was missing, big chip out the metal & the bit that makes it tighter on your arm was broke.
When emailing they told me 'the chip is supposed to be there' and as for the other issues iv to take it to my local Jewlers to get it fixed myself !!

They do not give refunds or take returns!!

Customer service was shocking from them.

Never again will i use a company like this EVER - scammers!

I ordered mine 3 months ago still not come 70 pounds is alot of money my mum has cancer and it's a present for her she doesn't have long. Don't get anything from this site

Horrific company, do not order from them. I ordered a birthstone bracelet from them (topaz - yellow). They sent me a pink one (actually to replace one that broke within 5 hours of wearing it). I complained and the reply I received, I quote, “The item can still be used and the problem won't affect the use. If you don't like the product, you can give it to someone else”

WHAT AN INSANE RESPONSE. Imagine ordering a red dress, receiving a white one and them being like “oh well it’s still a dress”. NOT THE ONE I ORDERED ITS NOT.
oh and it’s also terrible terrible quality as well. DO NOT ORDER.

Attempted to contact 3 times via email to arrange a return and refund for my item. At £37 I expected some kind of quality. What arrived was cheap, tacky, and ‘jewels’ missing. Website states must arrange a return within 15 days, yet can’t arrange when nobody responds! Then they have the audacity to sent an email for a review on the product which Iv responded to. Iv then looked to see if it has been published on their website to realise no reviews for any product are available! Avoid at all costs! Complete waste of money!

Took weeks and weeks to arrive. The engraving on the ring is so small you cannot see it with the naked eye. Stone smaller and dull, worn it one day and a stone missing already. Next time I will go to a charity shop and pick a ring for a quid because this is what is sent to you! I'm awaiting an email after I've made a complaint.

Awful company and products! Took over a month to arrive then arrived BROKEN was offered 20% refund and ask to go fix it myself, I requested a refund but the company needed me to pay for postage as it would effect their profit if they payed😳😳 I gave up in the end and chucked it away! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! DREADFUL ITEM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

Only because I have to give one star! Placed an order on 8th December 2024, it’s now 17th January 2025 and still haven’t received my item. I emailed them and asked where it was and they told me it would be sent out soon, still nothing so I emailed again and asked for a full refund to be told they’ll give me a 25% refund, I don’t think so! Communication is poor and I’m now thinking it’s a dodgy site. Avoid it at all costs!

I should have read those before I ordered. I paid 30€ to receive a pendant with a STICKER of my dog’s face on it. It is NOT ENGRAVED at all as it shows on the website. Results ? Got it yesterday morning. Worn it to work in the afternoon. A piece of the ear was missing in the evening and the sticker isn’t even sticking anymore lol. Such a joke. Never order from them. It is based in China and not in the UK.

If there was a less than 1 star it would be kind! Advertising as a memorial pet keepsake 'Beautiful gold never fades.' Arrived tarnished and dull. Cheap and tacky. Messaged them for refund and they offered 10% and told me if I dont like i should sell it to someone else. Or i could ship back to China at my own expense...bearing in mind these people are trading as a UK company. Do not buy off these people. They are a total scam. I'm claiming money back and reporting them to trading standards. Preying on people who have lost a pet is disgusting

Awful! Trades as a UK company. Not true. Email communication insulting and not helpful. Item arrived 7 weeks late from China??
Item is poor quality, not what was advertised and certainly not worth the money.
Do not order from this company. It's a scam and website should be shut down.
Bracelet was a gift.....sentimental.....poorly made, falls off after 5 mins....not real gems....not solid silver.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered bracelet for Christmas present, looked very cheap and poor quality when it came. Worn by mother for 1 day and snapped, no way for me to fix. Emailed and explained situation, they emailed and told me to take it to a local jewellery store to be fixed (between £20-£40) and they would refund me 10% (£4). I wrote back explaining that the costs of repair in jewellery stores and then having to pay for going into town, advised at a refund or replacement would be the only outcome and I would send original one back. To which they are very reluctant and told me it will cost half the cost of the bracelet (£20) to return the item. That’s a load of rubbish, it would cost less than their original offer of £4.

Zero stars. Absolute rip off. Total scam. Very low quality jewellery. Plastic stones. Meant to be birth stones for me and my daughter, but they are all the same colour. Cost £30, worth less than 30 pence. Do not go anywhere near this company.

Has only just arrived order was placed 4 weeks ago. When it arrived the necklace was broken extremely disappointed as bought as a Christmas gift. Have requested a full refund and waiting on a response
