Took forever to arrive and was tat. 4 separate cheap rings. They make out they're in the UK, but not.

Took forever to arrive and was so cheaply made.It irritated the hell out of me, obviously nickel coated. It's in the bin now.
My advice....avoid at all costs.

I would give this store a zero if it was possible. This is not a handmade jeweller in Cambridgeshire as the website or Instagram states. Once I chased where my item was as it was overdue it was difficult to get a straight answer from anyone only I was a VIP customer and it would be shipped out as priority. This came from a Chinese email address. a month later once tracking finally was provided,I noted it was being sent from China, the item took even longer to get to me with no response from the seller, where my item was and why they falsely advertised it as a UK independent jeweller. When the item did arrive today finally, it looked nothing like the item I had ordered. I wish I could upload a photo.

I wish I could have given this company zero stars.

I ordered a bracelet on 23rd July, to give as a gift to my daughter who was emigrating. I sent numerous email asking where my order was, some were replied to, some were not. I eventually received my parcel on 21st August, and what a pile of rubbish. The engraving on the bracelet looks like rust. As you can imagine, no one is now replying to my emails, as I want to send this awful product back.
I wish I'd read other people's reviews,before ordering anything of them. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING ANYTHING OFF THIS COMPANY.

I've paid for a ring on 06/08/2025 got an order confirmation and nothing. I've written to them and still not heard anything. After seeing these reviews and the poor customer service, feel compelled to add my misery to the pot. So don't buy anything from this site and don't trust the adverts on any Social Media sites. I'll probably not get my money back or receive the order so I have well and truly been robbed.

I’d like to share my honest experience after purchasing from this site.

I saw a cute necklace advertised on Instagram and bought it, believing it would be shipped from a local shop in the UK (as advertised). However, two weeks passed with no updates on my order, so I contacted them. They replied quickly, explaining that since the item was handcrafted it would take longer, but assured me it would be shipped with express delivery.

Nearly a month later, I still hadn’t received it. After reading negative reviews and realizing the item was actually coming from China, I felt I had been scammed. I complained again, and they eventually refunded me part of the cost.

In the end, I did receive my necklace — it’s lovely and well packaged — but be aware that it may take at least a month for your order to arrive.

Ordered 15 days ago, still not arrived. No tracking information. Not impressed at all. Won't be ordering again.

Ordered a birthday gift for my niece and paid special delivery and still not arrived so I had to get her something else.
The payment was taken twice as well.
Do not waste your time and money

Happy enough with my purchase but they are constantly spamming me and don’t offer any option to “unsubscribe”.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star but I had to so I could start the review. I ordered a ring and paid 26.00. What came 2 months later was something like you could get from a bubble gum machine. It was not the same shape, the flowers were smashed in it and they were a different color than it should have been. I was given the run around and offered a $2.00 refund. They wanted me to pay to send it back and then they would refund me if it wasn't damaged. Really! Do not waste your time or money!!!

This is a Chinese company with a shell office in the USA. Costumer service is in China. Order a necklace for my "Bonus Daughter " because of the inscription in the box and necklace. It took 1 month to get here and was incomplete, no inscription card! Contacted CS, just wanted a new box with the inscription. They offered 10% and told me to have someone here write it. Then admitted they have massive returns and knew the product was incomplete prior to shipping. Also said he had 3 children and couldn't afford to refund or even pay for shipping to return! AVOID AT ALL Costs!

Appalling quality item of jewellery, the paint was coming off the ring before I even wore it, most of it was already in the ring box!!! The size was wrong & nothing like the ring I bought from there picture, 4 weeks for delivery on first class in stock item!! they offered me 10% refund, it’s not even good enough to give to charity, they would give me it back!!! Steer well clear from this shop

I've waited weeks for my order now it's with evri was supposed to be delivered yesterday I've got nothing please avoid this company.

Would rate 0 stars.. order took nearly 6 weeks to come, i did email in the mean time asking where the order was and had a reply of its going through quality control and being checked and checked again to make sure its all ok...
Ordered the tyre ring for other half, looked brilliant in the video and the photo..
As another reviewer has said its awful and looks like a bit of lead.. no way is it shiny like the video or picture, it's embarrassing my other half has told me to throw it in the bin as he won't wear it..
Think you need to sack your checker person and stop false advertising products!
If I can find a way to upload pictures of the website ring and what we received i will.

This is a shower of scam merchants, never take any responsibility for the cheap crap they pass as better items.

This company is an absolute joke.
I ordered a necklace for my daughter in law on the 24th of January '25 for her wedding day in 12 days time.
I have been arguing with them about non delivery and the fact that tracking said it was delivered to another town, not mine.
They have put me from pillar to post and back again several times.
I even tried getting a refund from PayPal but Belove just kept on telling them that it had been delivered and they wouldn't refund me, believing Belove.
They just don't trust what the customer is saying, basically calling me a liar and not helping me at all.
I am out of pocket to the tune of almost £50 and now I have nothing for my daughter in law, not to mention the embarrassment of telling her that the special gift i was waiting on for her will not be coming.
Their after sales is non existent and they don't care once they have your money.

Ordered a 'tyre ring', based on the images and video on their website. THERE IS AN OBVIOUS REASON WHY THEIR WEBSITE DOESN'T LET CUSTOMERS LEAVE REVIEWS. Looked quality. What I received barely resembles what I thought I was ordering - and looks like it was made with lead rather than silver. Offering a percentage refund, and chucking guilt trip comments such as this order pays toward her 3 children. Not professional at all. Returns are to China and not the UK, so is nearly the same price as the ring. Save yourself the disappointment and annoyance - buy from somewhere reputable.

RUBBISH. Quality is terrible and not like the product photo at all. I ordered a gemstone ring that was supposed to have one half blue aquamarine and one garnet. They are tiny!! Not like the photo and one half is clear, not aquamarine. Looked at the website to check if it was supposed to be clear and the product isn't even on there anymore...
