If I could give this zero stars I would. Shocking quality product, never seen “silver” tarnish like these rings have. One of the jewels fell out and I’ve got replacements but now the jewel has fallen out of the new one.
Absolutely awful, don’t buy from here.

Never had my gift delivery. Never had any response from the company. Total SCAM.
No phone number to ring. The return email address is FALSE so used a different contact. First ordered 5 November and still not received.
DO NOT USE THEM.

Avoid this company at all costs, the biggest scam ever.
I ordered a bracelet that arrived wrong, I emailed the company to state that I needed a replacement as they had got the personalisation wrong, they stated it is no longer available however it is listed on there website still and is still available to purchase.
I asked for a refund for my faulty product to which they stated that they could only offer a 20% refund!!! Absolutely appalling as they are the ones that got the product wrong, I absolutely will be chasing a full refund for this product. DO NOT PURCHASE from here

Jewellery looks nothing like it does on the website.
I was charged £8 for special delivery, to have it delivered 4 weeks later by yodel.
Jewellery very cheap costume crap. One was missing the end part of the chain, when contacted I was told it does not affect the wearing and offered £6 in compo!!
They use a 3rd party company in china. If I wanted to return they would charge me £30!
Blocked me on PayPal.

Bought bracelet from this company …took ages for it to arrive.
Upon arrival it was loose in the box (which had been crumpled during transit) The bracelet looked like it would fit a child, not an adult. Very flimsy looking and not great quality.
I contacted company to return and they said my only options were 1) partial refund and keep the bracelet 2) get a credit voucher to buy something else from them.
I am now in the process of getting a refund via my bank!!!
Stay well away!!

I order earrings 3 weeks ago still not here .so got on my PayPal account and as them to investigate. Found out they are Chinese company big scam .

Would not even give one star is a scam no communication on an order which has still not arrived. Will be taking further action with bank to try get my money back! Avoid

I won’t be ordering again. I’ve been trying to get hold of customer service and they aren’t getting back to me. For a company that’s apparently in Cambridge UK the delivery is taking a very long time. It’s been almost 3 weeks. I’ve had a email saying it’s ready and then say it’s being shipped. Why would it need to be shipped if you’re in the UK and Cambridge is literally down the road from me.
So no I won’t be ordering from here again it’s shame the bracelet was lovely

Took a long time to arrive , but that was fine . When I received item , I realised I had ordered the wrong letters . I contacted customer service and they have been the most helpful and replied quickly to all my emails . The item was very pretty and have ordered a replacement .

Realised after ordering that this company had terrible reviews, so asked for my order to be cancelled. They said it was not possible as it had shipped, but I did not get the tracking info for another 2 weeks.

I asked for a postage label to return the items at their expense then. They refused. Items eventually arrived and we're not as shown on their site. Plastic and cheap, not the recycled glass as stated. I again asked to return for a refund and was offered up to 30% refund as postage costs made up the other 70% and they would not pay for this.

After a month of emails backwards and forwards, I managed to secure a 50% refund, but was told that I would be depriving the employees children!

I was also instructed that I would only get the refund if I left a 5 star review on here, which I did. As you can see now, I have edited it and detailed my actual experience.

It was a nightmare from start to finish. I only managed to get half of my money back, and the items have gone in the bin.

Clearly a scam company, we ordered a bracelet late September and it's still not arrived.

Customer services are full of excuses.

Reading all other reviews, I would stay clear of this company.

Luckily we have paid for this on our credit card so we are started the process of getting the money refunded.

I think this company is a scam. Ordered a bracelet and money paid. The order number "does not exist" and tracking number "not accepted". Email address bogus.

Thank god I read the reviews before ordering from this company! Dodged a bullet there! Thank you reviewers.

I received two bracelets that are terrible ,
I would never insult the recipients with these atrocious items.
This jewellery is just absolutely rubbish. I have never seen such utter tat.
Even the gift boxes are tacky

Ordered a stack of rings which took over 6 weeks to arrive. Within two days the stones has fallen out of the rings. I contacted the company and asked to return the rings as they were faulty and was offered a 20% refund and advised to glue the stones back in myself. I have requested a refund 4 times but each time receive an email offering me a discount on future purchases. Terrible products and even worse customer service.

Delivery was late - tried to cancel and item was despatched the day after I requested cancellation. It took a further 10 days to arrive and is poor quality, am going to see if I can get a jeweller to test the metal as it does not look or sound like silver to me. Same issues as others regarding communication and request to return. Currently going through chargeback process and referring to Trading Standards.
Wish I had looked at these reviews before buying.

Waited over a month for the ring and when I did receive it the stone hasn't been set right sticking out. I keep emailing and getting the same email back. So I've sent photos of the ring. Avoid absolutely cheap jewelry
