Terrible experience took ages to be delivered came and it was broken two diamond missing , they only gave a 30% refund and that was only as i complained at the 20% refund, no help with someone to fix the product and no replacement. Would not recommend. Extremely disappointed. Especially as they knew this was a gift for Christmas and it was not cheap!!

Gutted I didn’t see these reviews before ordering. The ring bears no resemblance to the advertised product. It is shown as an entwined silver ring with inlayed stones and what arrived was three separate rings which don’t even fit together. Avoid this company if you are looking for an authentic beautiful piece of jewellery.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Total scam do not order from here. They haven’t sent out my item and are refusing to refund me, only offering me 10% refund which is a joke. Telling me to be patient and saying that the item will turn up and some point and to keep it for another occasion (it was supposed to be for Christmas) avoid at all costs. I have taken action through my bank now

This company needs to stop selling such rubbish and false advertising
It’s not uk based,no phone number ,terrible communication
It should be closed down and stop ripping the public off
About time trading standards did something about companies like this!

Ordered an item for Xmas at the start of November full knowing it will take 10 working days in order for it to be dispatched.
As of writing this it is now the 21st of december so you can do the math!
DO NOT USE these scamming thieves, they are quick enough to take your money but have done nothing to send out the item as its still sat processing!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! USELESS SCAMMERS

One star is way too much. Inferior products, over priced, poor quality. Claims to be uk based, ships from UK address however to deter returns/refunds all items have to be returned to China. Avoid this company at all costs. Do your research before you buy.....my friend didn't hence this review.

False advertising. Ordered over a month ago. The webpage portrays to be a UK company using Royal Mail 1st class delivery. I had no communication for over 4 weeks and now have been given a tracking number showing a parcel now moving through Chinese packing facilities. Who knows if it will turn up but I did not want an order from China, probably cheap crap! Have requested money back from bank… please avoid. I wish I googled the company before ordering.

Ordered in time for christmas. Product didnt arrive when it was meant too!
Emailed them, the reply was unprofessional and stated will be after christmas “how about it” (their words)
Have asked for a full refund as pointless now. Will never use again

I ordered a mother and daughter ring for Christmas. Although I haven't received it yet, I noticed on the order that it was size J. When I would of needed a size T. So I contacted them, and all they said was as it's been dispatched they couldn't do anything about it. So do you think I should just ask for a refund through the bank. I would have thought that they would have offered an exchange.

I wish like others I could give this scam of a company zero stars. I ordered a bracelet on the 1/11/25 and still haven’t received it yet or even have it dispatched!. Everytime I hear back from them it’s with a different excuse. I’m now going to go to the bank and request my money back that way. STAY CLEAR OF THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!

Absolute scam. Sent me an awful, ridiculous piece of jewellery that looked nothing like what I ordered. Correspondence was hilarious, got a refund after opening a dispute via my bank. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a pair of earrings but when they arrived one was broken, I requested a refund and Mia in customer services was very helpful and caring and I received a full refund.
Very impressed with the service I received.

I am disgusted with this company, I’m 80 yrs old, I purchased 2 bracelets for my granddaughters to remember me, they said they had been delivered when they had not, what a stinking scam

I ordered a stacking birthstone ring, consisting of 3 smaller stones and 1 larger stone. Within 2 weeks all of the small stones have fallen off and been lost, they were so tiny that it was impossible to find them. Having contacted the company twice requesting to return for a refund, well within the 30 days by law, I have not recieved a reply. I suspect this company is based in China as this has, unfortuneately, happened to me before. DO NOT buy from this company.

My order is still awaited from 21st Nov. Emailed them and told that it's been delayed and will be shipped within 3 days. I dont think they're based in Cambridge UK at all. Otherwise why would it take so long. So upset as this was a gift for my daughter to be sent over to Australia for Xmas. I've now had to order something else because its still not arrived.

They replaced a bracelet which I didn’t like and replaced with a different one, with no charge! plus they said I did not have to return the other one. So I was very pleased!
