From despatch you are left blind
Said despatched, gave a tracking number (Royal Mail) and never once updated. The Deb and Belledinino email do not answer you. Despite arriving after 3 days, you are left blind to what stage your parcel is at. However Items are good quality. As long as you don’t want to contact them pre or post order, you should get your items.

Misleading and unresponsive - AVOID
My first, and now last, order with this website arrived with one item missing. They initially replied saying they'd post it straight away, and then despite many efforts to contact them to follow this up - via e-mail, social media, phone - they never replied again. The item never arrived, either, so it's now up to me to open a case with PayPal to obtain a refund if I want my money back.
Besides openly lying, their complete lack of response shows no regard for customer service or business integrity.
I hope nobody buys a thing from them again - they'll just get scammed.

We haven’t received the order! Nor have you replied to 3 emails sent to you re the address error.
Appalling lack of Customer Service! Despite multiple attempts to contact via email, WhatsApp, voicemail, website messages I have received no response, no delivery, no refund, no explanation after 14 days! Sorry Desiguel-will never use this supplier or recommend again!
