Lovely product; good service; ethically sourced.

Sizing was shown as Regular Fit, items delivered were 'Slim Fit' - not even an option on the website. I raised an enquiry with customer services to understand if they had changed sizing or if it was a mistake and never got a reply even weeks later. Items were returned and received a refund

Ordered 3 organic XS t shirts. Not a great fit but thought they may be a more comfortable fit when washed. Unfortunately they shrank. I recommend ordering at least one size larger.

After years if trying to find a ‘proper’ crew neck T-shirt ( including ones in a higher price bracket) these are exactly what I have looked for.

The quality of the sweat shirt was excellent, as was the delivery. But, as with previous purchases, the sizing is strange. With an extra small being snug in the body but with extremely long and narrow sleeves which have to be turned over.

Lovely quality t-shirts. They're a great fit and I love the high neck. I love the ethos of Plain and Simple: responsibly sourced, high quality materials and superb environmental credentials. I know I'll always be a customer!

I asked to change my delivery address late on a Friday night and it was resolved quickly by the friendly customer service within 20 minutes.

I was extremely impressed with the heavyweight joggers and hoodie. Unfortunately the hoodie was too small for me in size l and they don't do an XL ( I wish they did) but the quality is really good 👍 definitely recommend

Good quality, durable t-shirts.

Happy with quality of the material - most organic cotton t-shirts are thinner and do not feel quite so soft. Always looking for white t-shirts, vest, cropped t-shirts to wear as under layers so happy to find these.

Very impressed with this company. Made an initial order (sweatshirt & joggers) to see what their products are like because I'd been searching for 100% cotton. They arrived today and they are great quality. I made a repeat order immediately after trying them on. I'm also very impressed with the Ethics of the company and also the Customer Service because I needed to contact them regarding a voucher and the response was quick and very helpful.
