This is an updated review. I ordered items on 28th June from this company and they did not arrive. I sent several emails and messages and heard nothing. Their customer service is very poor. I was beginning to think I was dealing with a fraudulent company.
However today 22 July my parcel has just turned up with all items correct.
It is such a shame that the lack of communication is so poor as this has really put me off ordering from this company again.

Delivery of the item was fine, however if there is a chance you may need to return an item DON’T use this Company.
Item returned in May in returns window using tracked delivery where a photo of someone accepting the parcel was seen & shared with the Company.
Despite emails, telephone call (no answer, message left) & contact me form on website no communication or refund received.
After seeking advice from Citizens Advice a letter was sent using Royal Mail ‘signed for’ which was more cost & inconvenience to me.

Refund eventually received in July with no communication or apology.

I will never use this Company again, please be on your guard as they will take your money and make you fight for a refund that is legally yours.

First parcel not delivered. Following a quick conversation a second was delivered the next day.

Tried the dress on in Majorca but needed a different size and they did not have it. Tracked it down to Belledivino when I got back home. It arrived quickly with free postage and it fits perfectly.

Shoes are beautiful can't wait to wear them, a bit tight as new but gorgeously well made

Ordered some shoes and messed up my delivery address! Emailed to provide full details but did not get a reply which made me a little anxious….however the address was amended and they arrived really nicely packaged and very quickly. Really like the brands they have as different and are of very good quality.

I love my Desigual shoes and they came really quickly. :)

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes 2 weeks ago. I haven't received the shoes. I have contacted them,twice now. No response. They were for my bridesmaids. I'm so upset. However, I've had two emails about leaving a review.. so they can clearly send emails.

I have tried to contact this company but to no avail, ordered a bag and still has no tracking - delivery stated 3-5 days and still nothing has arrived.

Ordered a pair of Ruby shoo shoes ( lulu) . The shoes were very well made in a classic vintage style. A perfect match for a dress purchased for a wedding in the autumn. I love the Ruby shoo range and belledivino are the main stockists of them in the UK.. Belldivino provide a very quick delivery service and their footwear always come well packaged to prevent damage

What a wonderful company to deal with . Professional , kept in touch regarding my purchase, prompt delivery and shopping was an enjoyable experience .

Ordered online, no problems with this or previous orders, prompt delivery, lovely summer shades for a backpack.

finally found the bag to match my chrissie shoes and at a great price too, great service and they arrived very promptly, I am ecstatic. I give a 5 star rating the star bar didnt work.
