Ordered a size 7
Ordered a size 7, box came with a pair of size 8’s inside. Had to email, message etc, phoned but no answer. However Deb did respond and refund was issued but communication was slow and after waiting a week for the replacement size 7’s I was informed there was miscommunication with the warehouse and replacement was not sent! Complete waste of 2weeks, back to the drawing board to look for another pair of shoes somewhere else!!

Shoe strap
Nice design, more beautiful than the picture shown. However, the shoe strap is too short, it almost didn’t go round my ankle, didn’t realise this until the day I needed it otherwise I would have returned it.

Gorgeous ‘Shoo’s’
Looovvve Love this design but wish they came in 1/2 sizes, as the size 7 I purchased were quite tight but may have been more comfortable if they had memory foam like some of the other designs. I think a size 8 (had they been available) may have been too loose. I paid for next day delivery, so came when expected.

No paid return
I've bought a nice pair of shoes from this Company, nothing wrong with the shoes, they are exactly as shown in their website and would have been very happy with them if they weren't too small. On reading their return policy I realised that although they have the 30 days return, they do NOT pay the return postage. So be aware if you need to return it you WILL pay for the postage and it won't refundable to you.
