so bad, havent received a single email about what i bought, $55 on a bag that most likely won't come. or I'm assuming may come at some point next year. avoid!

I am deeply disappointed with my experience with this brand. I purchased a pair of trousers for £42, expecting a decent-quality product, but what I received was appallingly poor. The fabric feels incredibly cheap, the construction is shoddy, and they are entirely unwearable.

What’s worse is the lack of accountability from their customer service. Despite reaching out to address this issue, I was told that their "Final Sale" policy prevents a refund or exchange—even though the product is nowhere near acceptable quality standards.

This experience has left me feeling completely undervalued as a customer. I would not recommend this brand to anyone, given the subpar products and dismissive customer service.

Save your money and shop elsewhere—you deserve better than this

Feels like one big scam, been waiting on my clothes to even process, hope to get my money back…

If I could give 0 stars if I could. Horrible brand. They are scammers 100%. They use influencers to promote their brand, they say they are based in the Uk but actually they are in China, the only way to reach out to them is by spamming them on Instagram posts with bad reviews. I have been waiting for my order over 2 months, they have been ignoring my emails and they only replied to my instagram dm when I left over 5 bad comments in their posts as well as their sponsored ads. They deleted a new post as soon as I left a bad comment. They did leave me on seen at some point. And they never resolved my issue with my order. Horrible experience. The quality of the clothes is horrible too.

Awful quality product, which took a month to arrive from China, which isn’t stated on the website- I believe they just drop-ship from a Chinese warehouse. Returned item and still awaiting a refund after 2 months. Item cost £60, but quality reflected a £5 Shein bag. Would avoid.

Shipping took close to 3 weeks. The sizes are completely off and the quality is really bad. It is just dropshipped from China.

I ordered a jacket which I felt very worried about after seeing the reviews on here afterwards however, the shipping came on time (a little longer than expected but that was always communicated from the beginning) and the tracking was very accurate. The jacket itself is good quality and came with nice padding on the inside, it's true to size and tailored very well. It was made with care and the customer service team was very polite and responsive to my questions.

Poor quality item, long shipping time and bad customer service - denied issue with item and convoluted returns policy at customer's expense, avoid!

It is a scam, do not trust as they do not provide refunds.

Extremely poor quality. I ordered a zip-up sweatshirt, but the zipper was sewn on crooked, leaving several holes. The sleeves and collar were also sewn very poorly. I requested to return the product due to all these issues, and the response I received said I could return it, but I would have to pay for the shipping myself…

I ordered a pair of pants and a polo. Both items looks nothing like the pictures online, quality is extremely poor and fit way smaller than it says in the description. I obviously want to return the products but their customer service still hasn’t replied with information on how to do so and it’s now been 3 weeks.. There was unfortunately no reviews yet when I ordered so I hope that I can save you the troubles that this has been for me. Please don’t order from them, it is a huge scam..

The Products are nothing like what is advertised and are drop shoppes from China with cheap materials… no refund either and no customer service.

Chinese drop shipping company. Cheap materials, completely different from the pictures, misleading descriptions…No refunds once they’ve got your money. You will have to contact your bank directly to request a chargeback.
