I ordered the puffy bomber jacket a couple months ago and I paid about 90€ cause it was on sale. the normal price was then 120€. Now its normal price is almost 200€. I thinked about buying it for a while because it was pretty expencive but I liked how it looked and I thought it’s probably good guality cause it was over 100 euros. Turned out it was definitely not good guality. The guality of the jacket was NOT worth of that money and now it’s even more expensive. The material feels so cheap and the zipper fealt that it can break anytime and it did. I’ve had it for couple months and I’ve had problems with the zipper but now it broke and I don’t know if I can even fix it. Not a thing that should happen with a jacket that costs almost 200 euros. ALSO it looks different than in the picture. The material is not what I expected from the picture and and there wasn’t really detailes on the site about the materials. The sizes are also alot smaller than normal and there was no note about that.
So jacket didn’t look like in the picture, zipper broke after short use, cheap material, weird sizes. Does that sound like a jacket worth of a 200 euros? No. I feel riped of. Also so weird that the price has been lifted so much and now it’s ”on sale” to make people think they’re getting it cheaper but the lowered price is even a bit more than the normal price was a couple months ago. Never am I buying from beaulares again.

Beaulares have already received my return for 1 month. still no refund was received by us. I am very disappointed in their service. I think, and I also read this on Trustpilot reviews, that they are a dishonest company. Customers are being cheated!

After reading all the negative reviews i was very afraid my order will never arrive - it did take almost two weeks for it to come but i am very satisfied! The products look exactly like they are on pictures and the material is very soft so I recommend:)

I ordered two items via the website. One was a XXL jacket, when it arrived it was not close to the size measurements given on the website (way shorter).

And the other item did not even arrive.

I've contacted the brand about it was told I can't have a refund nor return the jacket. After one reply they've stopped replying to my emails.. Poor quality, poor brand.

I bought a bag from there and didn't realise it's coming from China until a week after I ordered. Arrived 3 weeks later and it smelled horrific! Wonder what factories they trust to make those but it's packed with chemicals that are incredible toxic for you. If I could give zero stars I would.

Avoid. Bought a bag from them and its zippers are in bad quality (they open in the middle even when they’re zipped!) Also bought a ring from them, and it came broken already. Tried emailing them several times for a refund but had no response from them whatsoever. Just avoid buying from them..

These products are very poor quality from China! The website is very nice and makes you want to buy their items, but I really cannot recommend. They are not like the pictures!
First off it took 2 weeks for my package to arrive. Secondly you could see on the package that it was from China since the label named some street there. This was crossed out in order to hide it. The sIeeve I bought had the tag clearly cut out with a scissors. Both the bag and the shirt I bought is very poor quality.
Cannot recommend!

I ordered a Christmas gift for my daughter. She had selected a denim jacket and pants. I ordered on December 3 and never heard from them until I reached out via email on December 17th. They mentioned that it might not be possible to receive the items in time. They had not even shipped the items! At this point, I became worried about the company, Beaulares. It appears to be a company in China or at the least ships from China. My items arrived the day before Christmas. The sizing was awful. There was no way it would fit my 21-year-old daughter or the slimmest of 14-year-olds! To return the products, I need to pay for shipping which costs more than the suit cost of $179! My fault for not doing my normal homework first. I do not recommend this company at all!

The item purchased is very different from the pictures on the website. They also have a "strict return policy" of 15 days (of course a shady brand as a strict return policy), even though my order took 22 days to arrive. As I was away in these 15 days after the item arrived my house, I couldn't return the item.

I ordered over €200 worth of 2 items and about €50 in import fees. The items never arrived (it has been a month since I placed my order) and the company is not doing shit to solve the problem. Although their Instagram looks great, this webshop is a big scam!!! I wish I had read the reviews before I lost my money!!!

I returned a package, they never contacted me about it and the package never reached them because they didn't pay the customs clearance costs. I am now left with nothing, not the jacket or a refund of almost 200 euro's. Never order anything from them!

Very disappointed… My order took over two months to arrive. The product looks nothing like the images on the site, and I’m not even talking about the shape. Clearly a dropshipping scam! Don’t waste your money, I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
PS: They delete comments on Instagram.

Sneaky fellows these guys are. Seems like the shit on instagram and on the webside, but reality is different. I got my bag after one month of waiting. It was bad quality and still smells like fish.

VERY poor quality and took over two months to arrive. Customer service was awful too. The whole brand is a scam. My bag has a disgusting smell to it also.
Kinda embarrassing how scammed I got. Highly recommend never ever ordering from here, even if you’re tempted. It’s not worth your money and won’t look like the pictures. It’s kinda good marketing cause the brand looks more expensive than it is, but you can probably get the same thing off temu.

The bags are definitely from China, took like a month to arrive, but I did get the bag:)

Ordered pleated pants from beaulares. €90, but good fit. The quality is poor tho. My pockets ripped after the second time I wore the pants. After I fixed the pockets and washed it for the second time, the brandlabel came off.

Slow delivery (5 weeks) but happy with the products. No problem with quality or sizes, and got help from costumer service.

The website is a scam! It seems like a luxury brand but it's trash quality from China, disastrous shipping and packaging, my order never even arrived! They say it has been delivered but I never received anything and i paid 120€!!!

I ordered a pair of jeans based on the model's measurements (similar to mine), but in the end the pants were 10x too small!
Material as thin as my underpants, in short, a throwaway!

First, I want to get this off my chest: I have to admit that their content, website, and overall image can be somewhat misleading when compared to the actual quality, reviews, and opinions from others.

I placed an order during Black Friday but, unfortunately, only became aware of the many negative reviews and accusations of "scams," as some call it, afterward. However, I immediately emailed them to cancel my order and request a refund. To my surprise, they responded to all my emails within a day and personally ensured that my order was canceled and my refund processed. I received my refund within a week.

I had mentioned to them that if they resolved the issue in a timely manner, I would leave a positive review. I’m not sure if that directly influenced their quick assistance, but I do believe they are genuinely trying to help customers, even if things can be a bit clunky at times.

Overall, it was a positive experience for me, apart from not being able to judge the actual quality of the clothing.
