Took ages to deliver

Responded fast to my email with concerns, took two weeks for my parcel to say recieved

I had to remind them to send my order. And when it arrived it is very bad quality and not worth the money I spent on it.

dropshipping site, quality is awful and prices are insane. photos of the items are totally different from the real stuff.
the jeans i spent 50 euros for aren't even worth 5. and they aren't made of denim, like the picture on the website showed.
shipping takes really long and i even had to pay extra money because of customs. avoid at all costs.

The quality of the bag is horrible! The bag smell weird and the material looks and feels very cheap. Never gonna order again from this site.

Seems like a drop shipping site. Bought a jacket and it had a plastic zipper and the shoulder pads on the jacket were sewn incorrectly(onto the arm not the shoulder). There were loose threads around and no tags for material or sizing on the insides of the jacket. Poor quality in general especially for the price point.

So i've actually made a few purchases and everything arrives on time and is good other than sometimes the quailty is like realllyyyyyy good and then sometimes kind of meh....consistency would be nice lol i will buy again

Bad experience from start to finish. Delivery took weeks and when it did finally arrive I was not notified that it had been delivered to my neighbour to I had to chase them to figure out where it was.
The jacket was very poor quality and not worth the money I had paid, so I asked for a refund. I had to chase them about this 4 times, including messaging them on instagram because they stop responding to my emails. When I was finally able to sent the item back, I had to chase a further 2 times to get them to actually refund me - finally received the money today, almost a month after they received the return. Steer well clear.

Scam
I asked where my jacket is after it wasn’t shipped for a week. They said it can take longer so I waited another week . After three weeks I was done with it and I sleep for my money back . They also use pictures from other people who don’t even wear the jacket or it’s from another brand . The sizes are weird as well .
It’s such an unorganized , bad , scamming company .

Overpriced Temu clothing. Would not recommend buying from here.

I’m leaving another review as I am still chasing a return for an order placed on the 6th March even though the tracking said it was received over 2 weeks ago now!! They have now just stopped replying. Utter waste of time and money.

Sent the wrong item. Took them over 2 weeks. I didn't know that theyy are shipping from China. Also they don't offer free returns.

Most peculiar shop with apparently ‘angry’ customer service and zero communication. Best to avoid

Trying to initiate a refund. Emailed multiple times, contacted via the site contact form and no response. It's a shame the customer service doesn't exist as I would have ordered from here again. I do like the clothes but it's not worth the hassle. Lost out on a potential repeat customer. I'd advise against ordering here.

Do not buy from here. They were scammers

Bought the twisted cardigan which came with a hole. Wrote them and even though it was christmas they wrote me back instantly and refunded me the money. I crocheted a flower in the hole and now its one of my fav cardigans ever. so comfy and great quality - and 10/10 customer service
