THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

There are so many things wrong with this clothing company. I purchased something on their Black Friday sale. We are half way through January and I am yet to receive my purchase. I have been back and forth with them on email, explaining my troubles with their shipping (although they advertise as a UK brand their shipping came directly from china, according to the tracking number). I was never sent any shipping details apart from a tracking number. My package NEVER ARRIVED!! I have requested a full refund 4x now. Now they are not responding to my emails.

THESE PEOPLE ARE STEALING MONEY! DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Never arrived

I ordered a pair of jeans on the 19th of December, i just received an email today stating that my ordered had been cancelled and i would now be refunded. They gave no reason as to why they cancelled it, wouldn’t recommend!

Ordered on 15 December

Ordered on 15 December. As of 11 January, nothing has arrived. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact them and received no response whatsoever. Based on this experience, I strongly believe this is a scam website.

Beaumont Gold Coast Boutique/Australia

This a a scam company targeting older women or anyone who makes a decent income. They have a beautifully designed website/no grammatical errors/spelling mistakes/damn older aussie women models/terrace apartment shots on location_Gold Coast right? so you get the offer on your phone-look this company up and they exist or they appear -so sad going out of business and ok in my case a Gold Coast boutique in Australia and yep Gold Coast-holiday area -lots of boutiques there and some are closing down but it's tough out there.Anyway pitched at AUD discounted but still expensive prices realistic so I bit and ordered. It arrived and is the worst quality you've ever seen.Damn on one of my dresses(60)-they haven't even bothered to finished the hem-you just need fold over the hem and then a simple straight line of stitching and yeah what I ordered was nothing like the garments I got. They are all illegal luckily so I don't have to bother with the expensive nonsense shipping back to China for my "refund or as they money from-they will refund you 10% and you can keep this 4th rate crap or if you insist you can send back to China (at your horrible expense) for nudge, nudge, wink, wink full refund..I shouldn't have had to anyway because I bought these garments in Australia and I'm happy to pay return postage in Australia-why not. This was an Australia Boutique in the Gold Coast
Luckily I have screenshots of what I paid for and what this company offered/conditions/their website/what I thought I'd bought and now what I have received.Yes I got my order but they are not cashmere cardigans at $AUD90.00-etc no very, very cheap fakes.Luckily I googled and probably of this will probably get all my money back via credit card BECAUSE this greedy group and yep nothing under $50 AUD even discounted-has failed to comply with AUS/NZ consumer laws-yes,yes,yes.These rags I can't even donate because they don't meet our basic consumer requirements for sale.
All clothing items MUST have a care label,in english, permanently attached to the garment.
If it doesn't well that's illegal. This crap is all illegal and I don't have to bother sending it back to them and if you have been a victim-approach your bank/credit co any country you're in with this.It doesn't surprise me Australia doesn't insist on country of origin/at least what it's made of (garments)-we are behind the rest of the world in some areas etc.People with skin diseases/allergies can't wear certain often man made fabrics.Labelling is important and this crap doesn't have any-do the happy dance right now. This shit is totally illegal and as such you can get your money back.OK every time I get scammed I learn and Beaumont Gold Coast and Wilson Orthopaedic Melbourne shoes-affliated.
Damn both going out of business-still very expensive because quality, they have 30 day back refunds and they both use Australia Post. That's OK have my screenshots of both these companies. They promised this and we recieved this rubbish instead.Beware avoid but their products are illegal-we are just legally slack in Australia but the rest of the world isn't.Regain your money-force the bank/credit company to act.
OK lessons learned
1-no customer reviews and even though Temu etc cherry picks-there is still some real reviews there
2-OK this was a Gold Coast boutique.
?Wilson Melbourne Shoes closing down but the only contact info was.com not .com.au-was suckered.
3-further research has shown this group just renames themselves and I think this is a global scam company so they have people pitching these goods at the discounted prices you'd expect to pay on your country-makes it more real-etc I bought 3 Cashmere jumpers-were $AUD420 now 89.95 AUD which is realistic for a boutique going out of business
4-Both scams have involved going out of business but this happens so buy now-limited stock.
5-the tracking number doesn't work-(they use AU Post or so the website claims)because it's coming/drop shipped from China.OK here's where I say you expect that from Temu but Temu don't charge you these ridiculous prices for totally rubbishy fakes.Damn their fake stuff is very cheap. These companies are a lot more dangerous because they are selling quality products.I mean I can go on Temu and buy a 100%Cashmere jumper for $100 plus and the reviews are real.Avoid these companies-post on Youtube/Tiktok and expose these scammers.I'm old but happy to report them to the Chinese Gov-maybe they'll care because these scoundrels are really making "made in China"a bad thing.
These garments are illegal.Maybe illegal in your country too and as such force financial action-hit them where it hurts/social media/their pockets!
