Excellent service!! since i placed my pre order i was kept up to date with all stages of delivery (despite Suez Canal delay) up to the day it arrived on my doorstep... Great service.
Since that day i have been in contact regarding some points of usage that they have taken on to help me out... i would highly recommend to anyone to buy from the BBQ Outlet.

My old Ultar BBQ failed prematurely due to rusting, so I decided to get a replacement and did some research. Most places were out of stock, but BBQOutlet had some Outback Jupiter 4 burner BBQs available for "immediate despatch", so I raised an order online. I found the website relatively easy to use, with a few glitches, but a prompt order acknowledgement process. Their despatch handling procedures however left some doubt as to when the product would be delivered. If I was not in when the delivery was attempted I'd be charged additional delivery fees. In effect it was a "Wait In All Week" delivery commitment.

On enquiry I found the staff to be helpful and friendly, but not able to promptly advise a delivery date. The unit was delivered 8 days after the original order. I don't mind the duration, just disliked the uncertainty about when it would take place.

Purchased an Outback Onyx Excel 2021 BBQ from this company. The BBQ has a much improved flame spreader than the older version so well worth the money. Delivery was 48hrs and free. The communications were excellent. Very helpful and friendly personal service. Highly recommended.

We love the bbq but the knobs have broken after 6 uses and trying to find stock of replacements is hard

Service on ordering and 'waiting for stock' period was great.
Delivery info' was not so good, had email saying 'back in stock' and will be contacted shortly with courier info' - but goods arrived before any further info' received, apart from that small issue - pleased with service. Thanks

We were aware when we ordered the bbq it wasn’t in stock. The communication to say when it would be etc was fine. Received it in good time after stock arrived. It’s a pretty good thing. Not very expensive and seems well made. A bit of a faff to put it together. But took my time and followed the instructions and came together well. Not managed to use it yet as it seems there’s a national shortage of 13kg patio gas bottles!

Bbq all good. Delivery date poorly advised. Was a couple of days late then arrived earlier than advised. But no problem, all good.

Excellent product.
Took around 2hrs to assemble and required 2persons.
Worked first time of starting with no issues.

Helpful service, was informed the moment the barbeque was in stock and it was promptly delivered. Would recommend for quality and service.

The BBQ we ordered was out of stock and we found the communication rather lacking in regards to when we would receive it.
Eventually I chased it to receive a response with just a courier tracking map showing it was about an hour away, fortunately I was at home as we were not notified that it had been dispatched.
When it arrived I initially thought the cover had been forgotten but then found they’d opened the box and put it inside then taped it back up.
The Outback BBQ is fabulous and didn’t disappoint, took a while to put together but it’s quite sturdy once built. Looks small but the cooking area is plenty for a family of 4, I’d recommend this product.

OUTBACK DUAL FUEL
Not happy so far , was informed BBQ arriving on the Wednesday 23rd March on a pallet .It did not show having taken a days holiday to receive it .
Next day half the BQQ arrived in flat pack format , when chased again told that's unusual .i ordered a ready assembled BBq for immediate use , you need specialist tools to erect .
If i erect is the warranty voided .
Saturday 27th March , still no delivery , and very upset Grandson who was waiting for a Birthday BBQ
The Directors should step up a very poor show so far
Will provide an update if anything ever happens , be warned .

Actual BBQ is very good but be careful if you are wanting to do anything else but grill food. Its still 6 months since i ordered and you are unable to get any accessories for the BBQ. If you do want to use it for other cooking methods you should maybe look for more of a mainstream brand.

Jupiter 6 burner BBQ, good build quality and we love the pizza stone!
Had one issue with a break in the round grill replaced by return of post, the customer service with the staff via email has been just amazing. Highly recommend to buy from here. customer service in my opinion is everything and they cannot be faulted.

I emailed to draw their attention to the poor quality of the burners on my 18 month old barbecue. There was no response for 2 weeks so I emailed again and then got a reply which failed to address the matter, basically telling me that replacement burners were not in stock. How helpful was that?
