The operative was polite ,explained what he needed to do,
As he was new to property I showed him round and lowered loft ladder. He worked efficiently and explained what he had done and the paperwork. All ok.

Banham employees are always brilliant
Banham employees are always really well trained and incredibly polite and helpful. Sometimes an engineer comes with an assistant which is clearly part of their training program. Their people are coming into your private home, so feeling comfortable is essential. Banham has got that absolutely right.

Punctual, considerate and Efficient
The engineer arrived on time, was polite abd considerate , he wore shoe covers, identified all sensors checked them all and the emergency alarm, replaced a battery and completed the task swiftly.

Ricardo made a fantastic job of…
Ricardo made a fantastic job of installing a new Banham lock to my front door. The finishing of the fitting really deserves this 5 star rating alone but he also made a great job of leaving everything spotless and was polite, professional and was punctual. Impressive in this boiling hot weather.

The engineer arrived right on time
The engineer arrived right on time. For which I was very grateful. He checked the system thoroughly. Engineer informed me that all was in working order. He was polite and professional.
However, when the report came through to be by an email a few hours later. The report mentioned that the engineer had to replace a fuse. Which was news to me since the engineer said all was working.
I did query the report with Banham office but I was told that engineer report is accurate. I am not sure what is correct and I will probably never know!

This was after sales service
This was after sales service, I bought a lock 3 months ago which had a small default and became stiff. The Banham team, the manager Maryam in particular and the lock specialist Ryan were very helpful to resolve the technical issues, gave me new keys and also arranged to install the lock.
