The engineer did a very good job
The engineer did a very good job. The reason for the 4* is that we learnt from the engineer that we have not had monitoring since October 2025 due to the BT changeover, which also means we have been paying a pointless monthly line rental since that time. I expect Chubb to give full refunds for both these issues.

i got the run around when trying to reset my system by phone. they told me I had to have an Engineer call, which he did. 1 minute later system reset. a few minutes later a bill for £150 plus VAT. Extortionate. i am looking for a new alarm company,

Great customer service
With me being new to the site the member of staff that visited here went above and beyond to help me understand the alarm system. He was very friendly and polite. He ensured I felt confident by the time he left.
