Bang Good 

I bought a really nice looking brown leather zipper wallet approx 4 months ago. I’m very happy,wallet is smart,stylish and cool to look at.
I like this wallet...however,the stitching is falling apart at the credit card slots.It’s ripping,it’s ripped. Customer service will not do anything.
I’m a straight shooter.No BS.Not looking for free stuff. I’d upload a picture but can’t.
So Don’t buy the wallets.
And a lot of folks are penning Bad reviews for BG.
20%-30% of customers are unamused with the
Product and definitely customer service which does NOT GIVE A HOOT.

Hi I am from India Pune. Recently I had ordered a pvc rigid pipe for vaccum cleaner from Bang Good. But unfortunately it was not as per the specifications. I wrote back to Bang Good and they responded very positively and are refunding my amount immediately. I am sure that is good way of building up trust to buy products online especially with BANG GOOD..

This is my second review in 2 weeks.i gave Bangood an opportunity to come good on their stock availability which they advised that they would have my hoodie available by the 14th October..( this is after 3 failed instances where they said it would be available.they now tell me it's available but not in my colour.
This has now been going on over 6 weeks and it's only through my persistent e mails that they tell me what's happening (Or not happening) in my case.
Do yourself a favour and give these a miss nothing but failed delivery times and they still have the brazen cheek to advertise the garments on their website without showing stock availability so potentially you can make a purchase and never get the item you want.!absolutely disgraceful company. Latest update...at 17.00 hrs. They have now cancelled my order saying that they can't even get me the alternative product.....Jesser Lou I've never known anything like this shower of Sh... In my life.i doubt if I'll see my refund but I will keep you posted....please read other people s reviews and shop with suppliers in your own country

This shopping store is good its dealing and management staff is friendly and provide good assistance good but bit slower shipping but I think improvement in it since July-18 so, now ship free of cost worldwide!!!!,... once by human mistake or any error they ship a different thing I ordered but works like it and well... I contact their user service and ask them... they refund for this and also ask me to keep the product... this is the costumer friendly support!!! Another product with good quality but due to difference in description and product I receive but of same quality only difference was made in USA on it was not mentioned on the product... they support me like that and allotted me points nearly equal to that price... one of the shipment I don't receive from 2 months I ask then for help they reship also provide me the refund... but I recommend it as in every way their sellers make any mistake they help!!!... you may also try AliExpress with different stores they have different conditions... for electronics modules TZT like and some others are good... stores directly do communication but one thing I like on BANGGOOOD they support me and answer me by themselves as I pay them so they communicate directly and help in a good manner,!! Their service of Live Chat!!! I like it!! But one thing here is that they don't have different stores suppose on a specific item one store only a price no competition but not too bad but variety of tools, some Integrated Circuits, specific transistors and some other tools is not in variety as compared to others but not too low you can say... rating is 4.3* so, recommend...

I have ordered Mi phone June 25, 2018, also paid for insurance and EU Direct Mail, phone should arrive the latest by mid July, because it was, so they said, out of stock, but is still not here.
I have written to them at least 20 times, I only get excuses, robot messages and blatant lies.
They do not want to refund, I hope that PayPal will get my money back.
AVOID Banggood it is in fact BangBAD!

Again and again the same stuff every day, they want me to wait another two weeks! They keep repeating this sentence, for few weeks already! These two words "two weeks" is by BandBAD very expandable, obviously! BAD, BAD shop!

With PayPal help received refund 2 days ago. Finally!

Just got my ft009 2.4 gigahertz radio control racing boat. Looks like it was used the Box was very messed up you can tell someone took it out of the box and probably played with it the bottom of the boat is really scuffed-up and black marks all on it with watermarks so I bought a used toy and paid brand new price for it

I ordered a phone for 200$ and it was supposed to be delivered after 10 to 15 days. After a month I contacted the customer service which told me to wait 2 months to get a full refund. Two weeks later they updated the tracking device pretending the phone was delivered at my address while my mother received another parcel from this company the same day but not the phone. Now they tell me to contact the shipping company, which has a taxed number and only let you waiting and paying of course. More than 200$ are gone for nothing and their customer service only sends robot messages asking to contact an address where it's impossible to send a message. A real SCAM

an excellent company both as regards the prices that are very convenient and both as regards kindness through all the covers. I find it very well to buy special items that I often find nowhere else. I am very satisfied really. If you are not in a hurry it is a very convenient site but if you do not want to wait then you can use the fastest shipping by paying really very little. Buy from Banggood you will be very well.

I ordered something from this company in May and by the end of June had never received anything. I contacted them and was told it could take 4-5 weeks from the date order was received. They gave me a tracking number that day and i waited another week and still nothing. So I go to USPS to track the package and it says the package was delivered but there was no address to where it was delivered. I contact Bang Happy and was told I need to take this matter up with USPS not Bang Happy. WOW! I've never experienced such poor customer service. The item I purchased was under $20 bucks so I'll just chalk it as a loss and never do business with this company and warn others about the poor business practices! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have used Banggood since 2014 now. They are always correct and kind. During this time I have only two times problems. The first one were some broken lamps during shipment. They solve the problem immediately. The second one took more time but it was solve again in the best way for the customer. And at the end I thing that I will continue to use banggood and I recommend it.I thing that they try to offer more and more items with more quality.

I paid $80 for a Reborn Baby girl doll for my granddaughter’s birthday. She loved it until she changed her diaper and discovered an anatomically correct boy beneath the girl clothes. I’ve been going back and forth with their customer service but they want to give me $10 instead of the girl baby I ordered. Complete waste of my money and infuriating customer care!

The worst customer service and item I purchased never arrive despite paying extra for express delivery. They would not refund and or give me tracking number. The phone i bought was supposed to arrive within 7-10 days after a month waiting with no tracking update I had to process a claim through Paypal. Complete con stay away unless you are willing to loose your money. Based on my experience I wouldn't even give them 1 star if i could.
