Takes time to arrive..But at least they are trying..My stuff has always arrived..and you truly get what you pay for..You want cheap quality..You get cheap..But i have been surprised at times..some of the stuff has been very well made and solid..Worth the gamble on lower priced items..

I bought 3 toy Plane with engines I paid extra to have them delivered to Slovakia in two weeks I would be in the country as my family are there for summer my children have a birthday so it was for their present. I am here now over a week and the goods should have been here before i arrived. I got mails saying they had been shipped however when i got on the banggood they are saying the goods are still in china. I am very mad about this as my kids have been watching the post every day and still nothing. The good may be good price but if they cant deliver whats the point. Stay away form this company they will let you down and take your money

and if a problem arise the product is return shipment payed by banggood and if i want they refund the item

Bought some sandals from them and it wasn't clear from their website that the company is not based in the UK therefore it would take at least 6 weeks to get the sandals. After tracking the parcel many times nothing arrived and I noticed the delivery address was wrong. I requested a refund several times and now they gave me a refund but deducted cost for delivery. First of all I bought the sandals with FREE delivery and secondly I did NOT sent them back as I never had them in the first place. How they can justify to deduct delivery charges is beyond me.

977 rc helicopter

I bought a rc heli wl 977 and it came with a factory issue in the remote control, I contact banggod and they prompt solved the issue by sending another product and charged reasonable fee for let me keeping the defect product to be used as spare part unit.

Prices are cheap but their merchandise is junk. And delay in delivery. My worst experience in buying online.
Be cautious in dealing with sites, and do not advise you to buy from this site

I made a purchase of a smartphone and received a tv box! I contacted the store where they asked me to send the product I received, and they returned me saying that the item is not the company, how is it? if I received the wrong product, and now do not want to solve my problem! besides paying fee taxes to receive the order, I still get the wrong product and the store with excuses that the wrong product is not theirs! Please solve my problem !!!!!

This is my second time using Banggood.com an I just want to say that I am 100%+ satisfied with their services and follow up, I can just recommend this group to anybody. I will, whenever needed, contact Banggood.com first.

Ordered and paid for an item that didn't arrive.
On contacting them I found out the item was out of stock
I would expect if that was the case they should have informed me and offered a refund.

Ordered 3 items this year and all have come, packaging can be a bit shabby but wait times have been reasonable, I wouldnt order anything really expensive from China but for bits and bobs no problem

I am very satisfied, the shipment was fast as expected, the goods were well packed and when I had a problem they always answered and helped me. I will certainly still make purchases. highly recommended.

I was excited by the products and prices on this site. Ordered a top which arrived in good time, but unfortunately didn't suit me. I tried to arrange to return but was faced with an impossible situation being asked to send proof that the item was defective !? I was told I had to send photos to prove that the item was faulty. I tried to explain that it just wasn't me, but was refused a refund, so beware !!
Very poor customer service, and I would not buy from again :(

I have been using Banggood.com (BG) for a while now.

They are fairly cheap although it is worth checking Amazon or other UK-based sources, where you can get similar prices but with faster delivery.

My pet-hate with BG is the customer service, and the quality of some of their items, which is sometimes questionable. A lot of their product are basically knock-offs from more established brands, but for half the price, and sadly more often than not, half the quality.

When you have issues and contact the customer support, the first thing they ask you to do is to make a video of the problem. You can send detailed emails with pictures etc, but that will never be enough, you must send a video. This is not convenient. OK it is easy enough with a smart phone, but the hassle of filming, uploading to YouTube etc is frankly super frustrating. I assume they require this, because they do not speak well English, and probably do not get the issue if it is typed. They need to see it.

Then, if you item develops a fault after 180 days (6 months), you can spin on it, they will not replace it. My problem currently is with a computer mouse, which is just over 6 months old, but they do not want to replace, even though the issue is linked to poor manufacturing.

They only offer you Banggood points, which let's be honest are a joke:
- you are limited to the amount of points you can use on an item (so you'll never be able to have enough points to get something for free for example)
- they allow discounts of only a few pence
- they are valid one year
- they can't be used on every items (especially on sale items)

Another pet-hate is the daily email. EVERY DAY. a long email. You can't edit the subscription details (ie once a week or so), you can only unsubscribe.

Finally, you need patience. Some of the items are kept in a warehouse in Europe, so ship quicker, but most of the time, you need to wait 3 to 4 weeks for what you ordered. I received some stuff yesterday I actually forgot I ordered!

SO I am not going to use them so much anymore.
ANd I would not really recommend them for buying stuff over £10.

I ordered shoes from the seller. The shoes I received were beautiful, very comfortable and high quality. They also looked exactly like the pictures on the seller's website.
I had a few questions about the product and the seller was always very kind and answered me quickly. The seller was also very considerate.
I am very satisfied from the product and the service I received. I am definitely intended to order more products from this seller again in the future.
