Bang Good 

We are now trying to return our second faulty massage gun. After jumping through many hoops, as others have also indicated, the company will give me a deal on a replacement unit. We did request after the allowed "time" as we had been out of the country. Upon return the unit was not working. I will never purchase anything from them again. I will never refer their product to anyone. I am so disgusted and disappointed with the service and attitude of this company. I wish l would have referred to this website before purchasing.

I just spent sub 400 and thEY offered 20 discount on a broken drone.
Banggood are cowboys do not not touch 3months nearly with no resolution , also stay away from Darwin products as components are poor . Most of the pcb are junk .

They sent me a defective product. Please be aware, that although they say "Quality Guarantee" and "No Reason Returns" in your description, they request customers to send them pictures and a video for proof. Terrible quality and an awful experience.

I ordered several things, came in good conditon, no problem. Only delivery time was about 3 weeks CN-EU(SK), but it was announced.

I lost $250 I purchased a helicopter it flew six times and that's it. It's a lemon work at all. They will not support their products and left me with absolutely nothing. So what do you think about that? Yeah pretty crappy that's just what the Chinese are like

Never received goods, banggood always saying check with post, do not tell you who the courier is, after finding out the courier they say it must be lost and to contact banggood. Banggood never replied and never refunded. Terrible service and thieves.

If you want to lose your money then choose to buy products from the online store Banggood. I bought a tablet for my son on 8/28/2022 ,i received it on 7/9/2022. After working 3 hours the screen stopped working, i put it to charge but the screen was dead. Since they had a 7 day DOA I contacted customer support the same day, they answered me after 7 days (they promise a response within 48 hours). I answered them the same day and of course they answered me again after 8 days on 9/22/2022 that I have to charge it for many hours. I explained to them that the tablet is turning on (the startup sound was heard but the screen was dead) but I have not received any response for 7 days. Of course I opened a dispute with Paypal and returned it through them. Of course I will never buy from them again

I have almost a hundred of orders from them and do not have really bad experience with them.
There were issues but all of them has been resolved with their customer service.
Not perfect, but recommended traider.

the worst online store I have ever shopped at, the quality of the products is very low, the company's return policy is one of the worst I have ever seen, if you make the mistake of buying from them you will lose your money. The company banggood should be called bangbad and exists only to fool consumers.

Not trustworthy, difficult communication and no return policy.
I ordered a TV stand very carefully following the model spec. It did not fit the TV at all. Very complicated to get in touch with, offered me half of my money back without returning the item, I refused, asked me then to send it to China and because I took 7 days to check the cost, they closed the complaint.

Avoid buying anything here at all costs. I ordered a smartphone which stopped working within a week and the process of getting a refund has been absolutely horrendous. I've had to jump through so many hoops and they've done everything in their power to stop me being refunded, they even wanted to part refund me with no justification whatsoever. It's taken 4 months of messaging everyday to receive anything from them. Save yourself the hassle and order elsewhere.

It's incredible. They lost the BLITZWOLF monitor I had ordered for nearly $ 200. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. Their answer? None. For to del weeks they have told me that they are looking for the product. Now they have closed the tickets and I cannot contact them. They don't answer. They stole $ 200 from me. From complaint. Of lies, give me my money back, sick and tired of these games.

The purchased goods went bad after a week. They kept writing, just send a video, send pictures ..... X times I made a video of the damaged goods. I took photos X times. Eventually, the complaint was closed because I did not respond within 7 days. Never buy anything here. They only sell Chinese blacksmiths, which you buy cheaper on aliexpress.

I nevet got the things I ordered and pay for🙁🙁🤬so I can not recommend to do any shopping from this side

They deliver on everything that they say. The entire platform is set up nicely and very user-friendly. With an exaustingley large selection of products that are well made especially for the price. The customer service is great. 👍🏻

AVOID AT ALL CAST.

Product is really bad quality, they are spying on you with their third part Apps. As they asked me personal questions and they could not know if they where not spying. They don't care about policys or refunds will just talk in circles with you until you get tired.

Cheap stuff was fine, but (BUT!), I ordered a more expensive item in November 2021. It showed 1 week delivery, in stock. I waited 2 weeks, wrote them, they apologized, they would try to send it. (It was still in stock, but got stuck in the processing part, they didn't even post the package). Later they posted it was out of stock, since then they still say (22 Jan 2022)
When I write them, they always apologize, maybe offer me cheap coupons. What I ordered is at a good price, so I don't want a refund yet, but it annoys me.

Other: promotions: seems like a total liar. The original price is so high that it is not believable. I was watching the price of a specific product, as the promotional price got higher and higher, so did the "original" price.

No goods, delivery dates not honoured, item not in stock and so on. Waste of my time. They made claims about getting the factory to make more - but why try selling items they don’t actually have! I eventually got a refund.
