Do not order anything from this website!

My experience of this website has been completely unacceptable from start to finish. I ordered a gift for my mum for Xmas 2018 in October, which has only just been resolved with a partial refund in late March 19 (5 months later). I thought I was getting a bargain when I managed to use a discount code for the gift, but it didn't arrive in time for Xmas, or even long after that. I kept tracking the order and the delivery date just kept getting further away until I emailed them for a refund. Despite this they have still insisted on deducting a £10 shipping charge (initially they tried deducting £20, for a £50 product that hasn't arrived) even though I didn't pay one to begin with. Lesson learnt, and I will be choosing websites more carefully in future.

My recommendation is not to purchase from this Company.
As other customers have stated, money is taken when there is apparently no stock available. I then received no information unless I contacted them via livechat. I needed to do this 5 times before a refund was given. This took 3 months in total. At one point they stated a refund could not be given because it was the Chinese New Year! The experience felt like a scam.

this company based in china ,they take people money and dont deliver to the customer and even if they deliver it will be 3 to 5 weeks to receive.bad service very poor.
and even when the customer pay for an item after 2 weeks they will send an email that sorry out of stock please wait for your item.bad service they will never tell you that they dont have the item in stock so they take your money first.
bad experience on more than 5 items that ive ordered.stay away from buying from them.there are better company out there like amazon even ebay is better.

They insist on you sending videos when a product doesn't work, that is just ridiculous how can you send a video if it doesn't work! Photos are unacceptable , wont let you return. Its just excuse after excuse. Do not buy anything from this company.
I would not give them any star at all they are dire and rip off merchants.
Still out of pocket over £130
Reported to trading standards.

These criminals need to be prosecuted

they use lots of different names but this company uses fraud to sell its clothing. The pictures posted in the advertising are not the product you will receive, instead you will get dreadful copies. You can claim a refund but you have to send the items back to China not Bahrein where they are posted from initially. The return postage is often more than the refund you are offered. They are crooks selling rags, Do not buy anything here or any similar sites online, they are all the same company using different names its a scam

BangGood might be dangerous for your business

I see that many people have been experiencing the same thing..
I've purchased an item, on the 9th of February, the 22nd turns out that my item is out of stock..and that I had to reply to an email that lasts for one day if I want refund or wait for the item to arrive (If you don't reply they automatically go for the waiting option, which means no refund and god knows how much waiting for the item to be available). So I choose the refund option, and they say it will take up to 14 days to get it. So basically they took the money, then went around to get the item from somewhere, then found out they couldn't, and notified that it was out of stock..I guess that's what happened but, IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE ITEM WHY YOU PUT IT ON SALE ON THE WEBSITE !
That means that I've been waiting for 14 days for my item to arrive IN VAIN, and I have to wait for 14 days more for my refund then, hopefully, I can finally buy the item from another website (more waiting). I've lost 2 jobs meanwhile and I'm worried for my refund. Guys do yourself a favour DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Ps: THEY DON'T EVEN REPLY TO THESE COMPLAINTS LIKE OTHER COMPANIES DO.

SCAM WATCH OUT!

I placed an order for 157 euro and after 2 weeks they said that the item is out of stock! After that i requested a refund, they said there's no problem at all. After 1 month i texted them again about the money that i didn't receive and they were keep on saying that they refunded it, i went to the bank and they said there was no refund. I told that to the banggood support and they were keep on saying that refund was sent. Now i had to contact my bank to step it for me. Hopefully i will receive my money back.

Missing Items & Dreadful Customer Service

I had an item missing from my order so I contacted them. Their response was to bombard me with identical emails asking me to send a photo of the missing item.

I tried to contact them through social media, but their response is all AI generated, generic nonsense.

I have wasted far too much time with them!

Big scam

Big scam. They took my money via PayPal yet are constantly claiming they have no records of receiving the money.
Total scam working on the basis that most people will give up trying to get their money back if they are bombarded by constant demands for proof of payment - which has been proved at least twice !!

I was concerned about buying from this…

I was concerned about buying from this company - I read the write-ups....ouch! However there are plenty of good reviews too so in a moment of recklessness I placed my order totalling some £42 odd.

Well, just received part 1 of my 2 part delivery. Part 1 (the £30 odd bit of the order) has arrived 5 days ahead of when they originally said! Packaging was a poly bag around the cardboard display box which was "barely adequate" rather than brilliant against box & content damage i'd say. Its okay though - Yodel did their bit in looking after it & keeping me updated on delivery.

The product itself (a radio controlled car) was pretty much as I expected for the money. The small sale price saving made it sweeter but I think I would still have been satisfied at the normal price - provided it doesn't break anytime soon...... So far, I'm happy with what I've received against what I did pay.

Fingers crossed the rest arrives (a 2nd battery) in another 2 or 3 weeks time as advised ... or before. So far, very good.... Well done Bang Good.

Customer services relationship

Following a problem with the behavior of a linear rail block, I asked for its replacement which was taking a long time; after a new contact by email I received the part 3 days later. the exchanges were always cordial, I trust banggood completely

Terrible service, avoid.

Goods arrived but I was charged for import duty. I took out the insurance coverage they offer for a few £££ more so they would refund if I was charged. Unfortunately, they don't honour it, so I ended up paying out for the insurance and then once again for the import duty/tax. :(

Customer service gave me the run-around, promising to get back to me in 2 days and then many days later I chased them up, they said the same thing. Waited again and still nothing. Currently chasing them again on Facebook but getting nowhere as a new customer support person asks the same cookie cutter questions and I make no progress.

I'd be very wary ordering from them again, I'm out of pocket and I wasted a bunch of my time.

Beware

Beware! This is one of those scamming companies that take your money and never deliver what you ordered. I keep telling customer servive it's been 6 weeks, just cancel the order and they keep saying product is in transit and won't cancel order. I'll never deal with these people again

This company is a joke.

This company is a joke. They say it will ship 2 weeks after the date of order. Which is a whole lot of bull. I ordered a rolling pin on November 10,2018 and it’s November 30 and they say they shipped it but clearly they haven’t. Sent me some tracking number that you can’t look up because they haven’t yet shipped it. This is one of those companies in China or somewhere in that area. Every time I send them a message they answer within a couple of hours but it’s just the same crap about how it takes 3-4 weeks. The time keeps going up. But they have no damn problem taking the money out of your account in a matter of a few minutes. I could of ordered this from Walmart and had it in two days. Take my advice don’t order from here. I might receive this rolling pin in August of 2000 and never.
