Stay away from these criminals!
I've purchased from a number of these Chinese mega tech resellers in the past (e.g. Gear Best, Geek Buying, etc) without any problems, but in my experience Bang Good is at the bottom of the pile - definitely one to avoid.
If you do happen to gamble your money on these cowboys, whatever you do, don't take out their customs insurance. This is supposed to protect against being charged import duty - however, when you make a claim you will be met with a barrage of requests for documentation which you simply won't have. You'll never get your compensation.
Items advertised as being well stocked often miraculously go out of stock after you pay for your order - and the refund won't be as much as you paid in the first place!
Items are poorly packed and arrive in poor condition.
If you contact Bang Good then you will undoubtedly experience shockingly bad customer service too.
Read the other reviews on here before placing an order. You have been warned!

Don't even bother, they sent an item that looked nothing like the one on the website, I complained and they are trying to tell me its the same despite me sending photographs of the one they sent against what was advertised, now they are offering me a 6% discount, just about to lodge a PayPal claim to get my cash back.

I ordered a new tablet and they seemed from the reviews I saw were a good Chineese company. How WRONG I WAS.
I purchased this table and went for 7-15 days Delivery. The item never arrived. I had 5 contacts and 1 phone call to the company all gave me promises that it will be there in a few days, the Customer chat people I spoke to also said this.
The tracking information was unknown and the item could not be traced from leaving Hong Kong. They told me on numerous times when I contacted them that they will update the tracking information immediately. Well they never did.
my item never arrived and now I guess I wont be getting my tablet in any time soon.
I do not recommend this company as they tell you lies and false promises about your item when in fact they do not know what they are talking about.
I have kept the chat logs and emails if anyone wants them.
Stay away from this company as they will take your money and you will not see your items. You have been warned.

I have just looked at 2 pages of reviews of this company, and all the 5 Stars reviews are from people that have only posted once or twice. I am guessing they are all fake.

EDIT 2 : I spoke to a chat lady earlier and she came up with the same lies as the other 5 I had spoken to over the last 4 weeks. then she sent me a URL for someone else's tracking information and said it was still on its way. when I questioned her later she said "where did you get this information from". I told her from your URL. my item is agedly stuck in customs for the next 7 days (according to the email I got on Thursday of last week), she didn't really know what to say then. another lying customer service rep doing what they do best.

I have ordered many things of them. Usually small stuff. Chargers, cables, mobile cases etc.
1 year ago I started to order also bigger, mobile phones, tv boxes etc.
Their service is laughable.
They sent me a mobile phone with chinese operating system and I had to spent hours just to make it in english and install a keyboard I could understand. They have promised they would send with global Rom.
The customer service is like they are in a different country/company they do not know much about the products even when you give them order number or product page they answer you about something else.
I asked for some compensation for the phone I have not got any. Rumours say that through right channels, some forums, some resellers etc you might get some kind of compensation.
Their prices are usually good but is it really worth it? Ask yourselves before you order from this shop.
Currently I am on my 35th day of waiting for another delivery and although I have paid for tracking, it does not work. Customer Service can only tell you that they will email someone else... And if you are lucky enough your parcel will move.

All attempts to communicate with the customer were fruitless. Eventually passed it to Paypal and I can have my £9 back if I spend £12 posting the item back to Guangdong...!

I ordered a beautiful pair of sandal (according to the picture on their ad) from them, received conformation with picture of the correct pair. But when I received the shipment it's totally different from the one I ordered, I contacted the company they acknowledge it was they mistake and offered me a partial refund if I keep the item, which I refused, so the replacement was sent, so I thought, but it was the same ugly thing they sent me the first time.
I sent them email after email including picture of the one in their conformation email and the two pairs they sent. You can clearly see they are completely different. This time they insisted they had sent the correct one, and they will only refund half of what I paid for or return the items to China at my expense in order to get a full refund. Which is unacceptable, they try to unload the junk in there stock that no one want and expect me to pay for them, it's an easy way to unload their unwanted merchandises
So buyer beware,

Shockingly incompetent customer service. They dress their e-mails up with "thank you for your feedback" and "if you have any inquiries please do not hesitate to contact us at any time" but they miss the point time and again.
I ordered 2 items, one was damaged due to insufficient packaging, i advised them via live chat providing photo evidence, i was then asked to provide photo evidence a second time, then a third time to another email address. I was offered a refund but i wanted the goods I'd paid for. They sent me the wrong replacement! When i advised them of the error they asked me if i was sure and could i check?? They are now offering me a refund which i will take and steer clear of this company.
When i complained about the service their response was "we assure you of our best service at all time" and "If you are satisfied with our service, could you please take your time and leave a review" (and send us screenshots of them) Clearly they do not listen!
I am left with 2 of the same item and without an item i was really looking forward to hanging in my newly decorated lounge.
This is my first experience of this company, i will not be wasting time with them again.
Checkered Service and Quality
...ordered a number of items. Very checkered service. Some items arrived promptly ie within weeks and others are still pending delivery after 7 months. Equally, I have had to pay extra charges for some items which were delivered to a postal center for collection and therefore charges.
Quality of items were as expected and sometimes great quality. Still using them but with caution and managed expectations.

After months of sending email and chatting with them. They do refund me. For me is not about money, it's about principle. Check Aliexpress or Alibaba or Amazon or Bol.com (in the Netherlands where I live) They provide good price as well but the most important is that the service after sales. When you have problem, your problem will be solved and quick. So as customers, what you really care about? is that to save a few pennies or the good service that save your time and headache? And as a Seller, if you do a bad copy what other already have done good, just close your store. Because you can't answer the question of WHY should people buy from you.
Yes with all these, I suggest people to buy from reliable companies and don't getting crazy to save just a few euro. It doesn't worth that. though

This is in reply to Bang good's reply of my review from Tuesday, April 10, 2019. Once again, BUYER BEWARE!! Bang good has replied that they would be willing to help, yet HAVE NOT in the SLIGHTEST!
To support my case, here is a copy of the USPS tracking AND a letter sent from Bang good's "Customer Service."
This is an excellent example of what I am talking about when I say POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been on Bang good's "Live Chat" with a representative, I have sent Bang good two emails from their own site, AND I have sent 2 emails from my personal email. Each one Detailing that they split my order and that this particular order was returned by the US Post Office because the address was either missing or illiegible. Yet they continue to insist that I pay additional shipping, or resist bothering to just resend the order. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They could have expedited resending the shipment and this would all be over by now.

On April 11th, the USPS delivered the package. The package looked like it was fairly "beat up" and there was a second label pasted over the first one, however the contents inside were in perfect condition. In retrospect, I will say that perhps Bang good's customer service is ok, but there certainly is a language barrier that makes communication difficult. SHould you have any issues with shipments from Bang good, I would suggest you prepare yourself to have plenty of patience in settling the matter, and detail your situation to their customer service representatives completely. Since I can't revise my rating of 1 star above, I will simply create a new rating of 5 stars to balance out my earlier rating (Average of 3 stars at this point).

Terrible service. Paid for a watch last year in November and it's still not delivered. Customer service will not reply. Its been more than 125 days.

Paid For order and 12 days later advised it was out of stock? Asked for refund and was told it would be refunded however despite numerous emails and livechat asking for refund-nothing was ever received.

3D printer ordered in Jan (Air Parcel) Not received - Not Refunded.
Ordered a 3D printer in Jan never received it. We took out Insurance and Air Parcel. It is now 27/03/2019. Apparently the parcel got lost. They say they will refund. We have not received any payment.
We are small Cape Town company desperately needed the 3D printer for our R&D project. Our time has been wasted and our money have not been refunded. What is more they not willing to dispatch another unit while they are still advertising the unit? How come?
