I purchased a jacket it arrived on time…

I purchased a jacket it arrived on time but was too small I emailed them several times to no avail. I returned the parcel to the return address on the parcel got it tracked and signed for and now they are emailing me saying it's not the proper address its the shipping address to the UK
How do I get a refund now..

Horrible company to deal with

Horrible company to deal with. I ordered a drone which arrived broken, I emailed to resolve the issue and organise a replacement but they asked me to take it to get repaired!
Now I have been asked to pay €50 to post it back to China for a refund. I don't have any hope of getting any money back.

The customer service emails are sent from a Chinese office and are mostly template emails with generic messages.

I would never use this company again.

uk buyer. excellent service and product.

as im from the uk, i took a chance for £20 after i was linked to the site via youtube. as it was for an unusual item (electronic servo) it was hard to source from uk vendors and for such a cheap price offered i went against my better judgement and risked it on a company i hadnt heard of.
my item was delivered door to door in 10 days. the item is fully working and genuine just as advertised. im really pleased and will use again without hesitation.

Credit to Banggood

All credit to bangood. Order arrived within 14 business days. They just need to explain clearly to European customers that the tracking will not update untill it reaches Belgium GLS depot. So untill that time all it will say is ' parcel registered with GLS but was not yet handed over' But once it gets to Belgium it will get to the UK pritty quick and with full updates on tracking regularly. On a previous review I wrote the delivery took longer then stated but that was my mistake as I forgot to minus the weekends from the tally. As its business days only. So my parcel arrived undamaged and within the set time even though it is a busy Christmas period. Bangood just need to explain to there customers the shipping process better so they don't panic.

Low quality and long delivery time, but eventually it comes

As another user stated, if you want cheap quality that takes many weeks to receive, buy things from Bang Good. I've placed orders a couple of times, sometimes the quality is quite ok and sometimes really really low. But I have always received the packages.
You get what you pay for.

Total fraud. Stay away.

Even if it seems OK in the beginning you will be ripped off at some time. Better to stay away because banggood is terrible on support.

Fast and responsive customer service

Fast and responsive customer service.

My GiiKer Cube (rubik's cube like Bluetooth puzzle) came faulty from factory and Bang Good offered to send another working GiiKer Cube or give me a refund. They only asked for picture/video showing the issue in detail.

No problems at all.

Complete ripoff

I believe this is just one of the names used by this fraudulent company. Clothing is shockingly poor quality, made in China and sizes all over the place. Absolutely impossible to get a return address and refund. Do not get caught out like me.

In a few words

In a few words. It is a Scam with company offices in off-shores where you cannot touch them. They pretend to send the product but it never arrives (I heard that sometimes they send empty packages also). In my case, I was 100% of the time at home due to a minor injury and I could see that the delivery record (Email Tracking ID) stated 3 attempts of delivery on my house, saying "No one answered at Home", a BIG Lie. After more than a Month trying to solve this with support by requesting a refund, they told me that as nobody was at home to receive the parcels (another lie), they would charge me the value of the shipment of the product 19.90 $. and only refund the rest, against international law and also Hong Kong law and Cyprus Law, although they conduct business from China, where the law is also the same. I was entitled to all the value of the purchase, but they end up by discounting 9,90 $ and refund the rest.
It is a "great" scam. You pretend to send the product, then you build a website pretending it is the delivery company, where you give false information saying that no one was at home at the time of delivery and in the end, you win a percentage of the payed amount, saying it is the cost for shipment that is due to the buyer. Apparently crime pays.

got another email only the 2nd to several ive sent asking for my refund, the 1st they offered me points now they offer me a partial refund for a damaged unusable item DONT USE THIS COMAPNY.

I wish I had checked the trustability…

I wish I had checked the trustability of bangood before ordering from them! After spending weeks, literally hundreds of hours trying to get the 3d printer they sent to work I finally diagnosed that the bed of it was warped so nothing would print on it, and that if it had faults now I want it replaced as it may get more down the road. After asking some experts they said to return it, which is what I wanted to do to get a replacement. After writing to bang good in massive detail and sending photographs showing exactly where the fault was and how it was effecting how it would not work they asked for a video showing them. It spent me a further week to get a video of it printing anything at all, on top of that days trying to get it to show the exact fault. When they received the video they offered me a partial refund of $40 which would barely cover the part after shipping. I told them before the offer that the part cannot be changed. It is hard wired into the machine and power supply, and that I had no experience with electronics, and that it was too dangerous to attempt. I reminded them that I cannot replace the part myself and that it comes hard wired, and asked for a refund or a replacement as I just want a working printer. They then offered me $50 which I thought was a little insulting as it wouldn't change the circumstances. I replied again to say that I wanted a refund or replacement. They replied telling me to take the $50 and get it repaired locally. There is no one locally that can replace it and if there were it would cost me alot more to get there and pay for their services and that I would really just like a replacement without fault or a refund so I can buy a working one. I have been dealing with this back and forth for a couple of weeks now I just want a working 3d printer I really hope they get their act together and start offering some decent customer service.

Order four items at the end of May

Order four items at the end of May, three turned up about two weeks after order. The fourth item which was essential for the job I needed to do did not turn up. After a month I received an email telling that the item was delayed and that I should wait another week. I waited an additional the 3 weeks and still nothing. Contacted customer service and got no satisfaction with them. They just fobbed me off with a bizarre string of emails telling me I could have a refund if I would check at they pay office. I had no tracking number or information as to who the courier was, do how could I go to the post office without any information to back me up. They promise s refund but they don't deliver on it. Eventually, after all of my protestations, they said that they would send a new item out and it would arrive within the week. Four weeks on I'm still waiting. I've had better service from Ryanair.

Fraudulent Activity BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

This company sold me a drone that was dead on arrival. It was a pile of tat which cost me nearly £200. The company offered me a derisory refund offer to keep it which I declined.

They told me to return the item, including batteries which they knew would not get through customs. Because I realised this, I removed the batteries before posting.The company pretend to use broken English to avoid answering questions and contradict themselves in every communication.

The item got to the Guangzhou province and is now enroute back to the UK which will take up to 4 months because they have either given a false address, refused to pay the customs charge or refused delivery.

Royal mail and PayPal will take no responsibility or refund any money. They have said that most Chinese companies like this are scam artists and make it impossible to return goods. They make it take 3-5 months to get the goods back so you can't get a refund through your credit provider. It's a well oiled machine to ensure people cannot return things.

If you choose to buy from this company then beware because you have no right to a refund at all and nobody will do anything about it.
