I don't know if a zero star exists…

I don't know if a zero star exists because this company deserves even less. Terrible experience. Worst customer service. Orders failed deliveries and good luck getting your money back. THE WORST ONLINE E-COMMERCE COMPANY.

Absolutely shocking experience

Absolutely shocking experience, never will use again.

Ordered items which arrived damaged and unusable, asked for a refund and to let them collect the items, and they would only offer <20% refund which is completely illegal in the UK.

After pointing this out they then offered ~45% refund... despite me making clear I wanted a full refund.

Be aware that if you have any problems they will not stick to the laws of the country they're selling into - buy on credit card and ensure you're covered.

WARNING - DO NOT USE BANGGOOD

WARNING – BEWARE BANGGOOD. We bought an EZBOOK laptop from Banggood March 9th 2020. It arrived, was opened and put straight back in the packaging within an hour. The item was not like our other EZBOOK, it was a cheap plastic counterfeit copy. Some of the keys like the power key shown in the picture below were hanging off and hard to use. When trying to sign in we pressed the @ symbol but what appeared on screen was “.

We appealed for a refund through their website but they made it hard for us. Eventually they agreed to accept return for which WE had to find a courier which they found cheap enough to accept. The package was kept by Chinese Customs. This was months ago, it is now 15th June. We have tried and tried to get this released but all our enquiries here with Parcel Force, Parcel monkey, PAYPAL and Chinese customs tell us Banggood need to go pay tax and collect the parcel. I write to Banggood many times a week telling them what I have found and they must collect the parcel. For week after week I get the same avoiding replies, here is an example received today –

They know it is with customs, it is confirmed by customs it is with customs since the 26th April, I have sent proof it is with customs, Banggoods own tracking shows it is with customs but they keep avoiding doing anything to resolve this. We are £212 owed for this laptop, need it for work and given the problems of corona virus we cannot afford to do without both the money and the laptop. Do not give your money to Banggood, you may not see it again or you may end up with a broken and cheap counterfeit item like we received.
I wrote this and gave them 7 days to refund or I would publish it. Started saying give us 48 hrs, then it's paid, check paypal- all time wasting and no refund. This is NOT what their refund guarantee of 7 day refund promises. Do not give them money!

Terrible company

Do NOT buy from Banggood. They treat their customers with contempt and will fob you off if you attempt to return their shoddy products.

I tried to get info from them regarding a product I bought from them just got bots pretending to be human and using the same script all the time told them I could not use the supplied link to email them guess what they replied please use the link provided to e-maul us it is the web-page yet again I gave up at that point

Bang Good…and failed deliverys

I have an update on the way Bang Good does business: I got notified Sunday morning of a failed delivery to an office that has reception 24x7.
Really who is going to attempt to deliver Sunday ? and how can the delivery have failed to an office with reception 7x24 ?
In any case Bang Good have even deleted the item from the shipping history so that I can't even open a refund request on it.

Bang Good has always been "good" to me

I have ordered many items from Bang Good and the prices have always been fair and the shipping reasonably fast. Sometimes things can be slow from China but you save more if you can wait. Have always received everything that was ordered.

Usually better pricing than most, but you always have to shop around. Bang Good has always been "good" to me!

not actually that dodgy

well i ordered a replacement motor for my drone and it took a little bit over 10 days to get here from china, which is surprisingly quick due to corona. of course my luck, it arrived faulty so i contacted customer service and they refunded me the full amount (including shipping) within 3 days which is pretty darn good! maybe their shipping methods arent the most careful, since quite a lot of the stuff people order turn up broken in transit.

Never buy there

I waited months for my package. When it arrived it was the wrong item. They still haven’t given me my money back after many emails. Instead offering me pathetic ‘Banggood points’ worth $2. Never. Buy. There.

PEOPLE AVOID, I AM WAITING FOR MY DELIEVERY ALMOST 2 MONTHS, I CONTACTED THEM AND THEY DONT KNOW WHERE IS MY DELIVERY AND NOW I HAVE TO WAIT 2 MONTHS FOR REFUND BUT THEY TOKED MY MONEY IN SECOND. AVOID AND SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME

I am really disappointed

I am really disappointed. I have ordered a product from them. It said that I will receive it in 10-20 days, I have paid priority mail as well and I received it after 1 month, not working. I can't use the product and I have e-mailed them. They replied however they are offering a refund of $40 for a product that costs around $250-270. I have told them I would like a new product or something similar but not less than I have paid for. They replied back asking me to find a shop that might fix it and they will refund the costs. If you buy something from them just keep this in mind, if you receive a product that is not working they will not help you. They will help you by telling you to fix it or maybe you'll accept 10-20% refund. This is the first and last time I'll buy something from them.

Pathetic customer service

Pathetic customer service. Bought boots £35 & after 3 weeks they were split. Seller offered poor compensation telling me that 3 weeks was too long for them to apply a full refund! I eventually settled on £30 because of the ongoing hassle. My advice DON'T SHOP HERE!

Terrible service

Terrible service. Order not received, items damaged on arrival, tax not paid and emails ignored. They try to cover it up with blatantly fake "positive" reviews made by people under their payroll. A complete joke of a business.
