I did an order (740 euros!!!) but then I changed my mind as the bike I wanted to buy is not for legal use in Italian Streets. So I asked for the order cancellation and a refund. Many many answers and promises but after 3 days the situation is still pending.
We will see.

Ordered a fair few things, decent prices and happy with it all.
I do buy most things from Ali express though as they tend to be a bit cheaper.

Fortunately I've not had any issues however believe that the huge cost savings overall will offsent any of the odd thing that may go wrong.

Bangood is a scamming company that doesn't comply with their own guarantees and return policy.
If you have a defaulted product and you want to return it, they only pay part of the shipping fees and in many cases that I know, they receive the product and never pay you back. That's the sad truth.
I sent some quotas from DHL, UPS and some other shipping companies and the prices average 85€ and the cheapest is 70€. Your answer was to pay 50€.
Then after a week of hearing the same thing I proposed 3 options: pay for the shipping and refund me the order and shipping.
pay the shipping and send me another tablet.
or save the shipping costs and just refund me (note that the order is only 118€ and it might be more economic just to trash it.
I also discussed the option of sending it to Spain from where it came but the address doesn't seem to really exist and this option was also denied.

Where do i start! This predator is not the same as those seen in reviews on youtube. They have made many "economical cuts" the main two are cutting down from a 1000w psu and having painted instead of anodized axis. The touchscreen seems especially cheap.

Mine arrived with a broken 800w power supply and appearing slightly used, slight scratches and no film covering buildplate or touchscreen.. I contacted Banggood about the spec of the printer, the condition and the fact that it was broken and after about 3 weeks of back and forth emails they agreed to send a 1000w power supply and 3 anodized axis. The package arrived in the uk and i was presented with a bill from customs, which i paid, and received a cheap 800w power supply. No axis, No original PSU. I have emails telling me i would get them, but, all lies. The money i spent on customs would pay for a cheap power supply and i could have saved myself 2 months of stress.

So BOOOO to Anycubic for turning cheaper than cheap on us and BOOOO to Banggood for being cheap with their morals.

The printer is quite good, and i suspect you'll be happy if you don't get any problems, but, don't expect too much from anycubic or banggood.

Quick to sell but virtually no after sales service when you have a problem.

I ordered a RC toy submarine from Banggod. The build-in battery never can be recharged. I notified Banggood and received immediate attention. They compensate me with a new shippment that I would be happy to see.

My points to them:

-Quality was far from the pictures and was poor
- It took you ages to send me the return details (check emails) so I was able to send it back to you (as none of it fit)
- It took you even longer to notify me that you received the parcel so you didn`t have to refund me (again holding my money for longer)
- All postage and other costs for returning the product paid by customer (nearly £50)?

Shame hae to give this company 1 star not 0, ordered and item, paid shipping insurance. Item came broken they offered me 40% refund. So what the purpose of insurance to only give 40% refund when its their poor packaging to blame.

No option to give Banggood 0 Star. This is scam company. My order number 85611177. Don't buy anything. I was ordered mobile phone 6 june2020. Still I haven't received my mobile. Tracking code is fake, it's showing mobile is stuck Belgium GLS center from 4 July 2020.

I'm trying for refund, they are not contacting with me.

100% scam. Don't buy from any chinese online store.

I have ordred several things and it has All arrived way to late.
2-5 days delivery time they say, now its more than 2 weeks ago and NO packet yet! Lousy service! Have also stop responding to my complaints. Maybe this can make Them contact me? Dont buy anything you need in a hurry with Them! 😕

They scammed me!

I ordered something and then cancelled it after. I was told I would receive a refund in 48-72 hours and waited longer and guess what I didn’t receive nothing. Only brainless people would shop from here.

i ordered electric scooter from youtuber providing a link. long story short sent me scooter that had worse brakes worse motors and controllers for 1000£ and FAULTY FROM THE BOX!!! its been few weeks and no refund no help no parts no nothing! asked for photos videos then again and again. Found loads of others that got same scooter from banggood and all have faulty goods with wrong spec on top.

If I could give no stars, that would be too good for this bunch of scammers. I bought a 2019 Xiomi M365 Pro electric scooter from this company. Got delivered nearly 2 months later in August last year. Firstly, the lead sent was faulty and I had to buy a replacement to enable me charge the scooter.
I barely used it for months and started using it properly in March 2020, due to the COVID pandemic and to avoid public transport. But it doesn't ride properly. Took it to halfords and been told it's a death trap.

The folding mechanism is loose and wobbly which is a safety hazard and has nothing to do with it usage. The rear wheel is rocking, which means that the brake disc is not straight and rubs against the brake housing, causing the housing to wear away. Another safety hazard, not associated with usage. The handlebar is loose in the casing. 

Banggood refuses to do anything about it, given the scooter was delivered on 3rd August 2019 and so not under warranty.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU'LL BE SENT SUBSTANDARD PRODUCTS WHICH COULD PUT YOUR LIFE IN DANGER.

Had okay service for first few orders, then when ordering an item from the 'Flash Sale' section it all went sour. Banggood showed a product at £23.09 and I added another 2 items. At final paying screen the item had shot to £32.33. Tried same again and still on sale at £23.09. Contacted them (with screenshots) who then raised the query !!! Heard back a little later with 'item not on promotion any more'. It had indeed been changed on websit. They do not care (for less than £10 too) and me neither now. Closed account and never use again.

Ordered a rear light for a Range Rover, delivery expected 30th July nothing received by 21st August. Contacted Banggood to be told part still with them. No attempt to contact me or refund. Feel it’s a scam site still not received refund

After been sent a faulty phone. I sent it back for a refund with the correct address. it sat in Chinese customs for 4 months and was returned still broken.
I suspect because Banggood wouldn't pay import tax.
Worse company ive ever dealt with. Shame on you. All the one stars are well deserved.

Appalling.

Purchased goods on a 1-week delivery scheme but no sign of it after 3 weeks. No tracking updates apparently the goods was never collected. That was only a tracking number generated. CS kept asking me to wait. Opened a dispute on paypal now waiting for my refund. Complete waste of time.

This company is Useless, they've asked me to contact them to only offer me points!! Why the hell would i want points to shop with you when the first thing was rubbish? Im now £189 out of point... you enjoy that, you are a disgusting company.. DO NOT SHOP HERE,VERY BAD SERVICE AND POOR QUALITY

These are an awful company. Luckily I only bought a shirt from them which was inexpensive but they're refusing to offer a refund. God knows what they'd be like with more expensive products.

As we have a Holiday Cottage business in Wales, I bought a Fogging Machine from Banggood for £133. The second time I used it, it literally went up in smoke and almost caught fire. When I complained to Banggood and asked them for a full refund they sent me an advert saying that I had ordered a 110 volt system instead of a 240 volt system. This is absolute rubbish as there was no option on the advert for any variation in voltage or anything about which country it was safe to use in. Obviously I would not have bought the machine had there been any doubt that it was suitable for use in the UK. Do NOT buy from Banggood - they are a joke.
