banggood is good but its courier service in Kuwait very bad.
courier agent called me before 3 days but each day i have to wait and when called him, he tells he will come tomorrow. hence i lost 3 days for one order.
courier company told they care only cash on delivery customers because than only agent will come your flat and deliver.
courier company informed that next time i should not pay in advance and buy only Cash on delivery if i want order fast delivery.so i think online paid customers are stupid that they are paying money in advance 30 days and giving least important while delivery time!!!!!!! delivery they are treated as victims !!!!!!!
banggood do not have any power on courier service in kuwait!!!!
bangood service do not take above thing seriously at all and only replied at least you got your order !!!!!!!!!!

Bought 3 items, 2 never arrived after over a month! The 3rd one came in a cheap plastic trash bag. Customer service kept providing false updates on my order whereabouts. No decency, cannot trust them.

Ordered from BG, 2 items wich were from EU location to avoid any customs issues and taxes..
Guess how suprised I was when I was contacted by customs to pay not only one but two packages..
Handling cost / declaration cost for both of them plus taxes.. for items which were supposed to be shipped from EU location.
I wrote a email to banggood and was told more or less that this is my fault why I didn't not order the items with tariff insurance and I did not read up on how it works with taxes and custom duty's... COME ON !! When odering it from a EU location on the website there is no such option presented, tariff insurance.. and why would it be?
It is being shipped from a EU location, meaning taxes are payed locally and therefore free movement within EU..
What is interesting here is that according to customs handler, items are being shipped out from China with Netherlands as a transit country, this means that the items should be declared and duty's payed within Netherlands for the recipient to be free of any import charges... How the @# can this be the customers duty to pay and declare when the item is supposed to originate from and within EU and not from China with transit thru a EU country!!
I want a refund for the customs charges which should have been payed by BG in Netherlands originally and not transferred into the end customer for the shady tax evasion!

I've had very mixed experiences with banggood, sometimes they offer a good service at fairly low prices, albeit with very long delivery times; sometimes it's definitely not a good service. My latest orders were delivered with one "incorrect item sent" and one "part of order missing". The order was valued at less than £10, but that's beside the point. I've contacted banggood customer services and requested dispatch of correct items, I'll update this review with their response. I only use Banggood for small electronic components and, a final caveat, I'd never spend more than £10 on an order and always use Paypal for payment

So a pretty mixed experience for me.

Ive ordered about 3 items from them.

1) a turntable for 3d prints. Arrived quicker than advertised.

2) a 3d printer that arrived on as advertised.

3) A resin printer which has not yet arrived over 30 days since i placed the order. They also moved the shipping time from the 4th to the 11th thereby extending their own 15-20 business days time. Not good.

For this reason it isnt higher.

What A farce! The worst company I have ever dealt with. I have spent hundreds on several orders, some were cancelled while I was sitting there waiting because they use a different email address that email filters obviously don't like. Just the fact that their system sells you something that is in stock and then sells it to other people and its constantly going out of stock to you sucks and is absolutely not the way to run business. They have just told me to accept this last transaction (now waiting on a refund) as an exception, however it's about the 4th time in a month they have done this to me. Shop on Ebay, Amazon or anywhere else, it's worth a few quid more for a better service and no stress. I would negative this if I could.

I consider this company to be scam. I ordered two products and they deducted my money. I am now informed that they are both out of stock and I have no timeline for when I will receive them. In the meantime I observe that they are still advertising for both products on the internet

You really ought to have a zero rating, or even a negative rating option. These people don't merit a single star.
I bought an engine jump-start pack from Banggood in early January 2021, advertised as being capable of starting diesel engines of up to 2 litres capacity. The item arrived in good time, but failed completely when I tried to use it to start a 2 litre diesel engine. I'd followed the charging and operating instructions to the letter, but two attempts at starting proved unsuccessful. I emailed Banggood on 11th January, describing the problem, but only received automatically-generated replies on the 12th, 13th and 14th to the effect that their mail reception system was effectively overloaded. With complaints, maybe? Subsequently I received several advertising shots from Banggood, featuring eye-watering claims about ' appreciating my support and trust' and ' serving you better all the time'. The most recent shot was too much and so I repeated my complaint to them on 2nd February. This time I received a quick reply, on the 3rd, but the message was ridiculous: they want photos of the product's shipping labels and SKU bar code and -get this - a video showing that the product doesn't work. At this point, I give in, and will pass the jump starter to somebody who owns a car with a smaller engine. Clearly, Banggood's policy is to make return and refund as difficult as possible. It's worked with me: I strongly recommend that you don't put yourself in the position where it might work with you. Stay well clear of these cheats.

I have ordered 17 things from Bangood ranging from £4 to £200 and they have all been delivered in good working order. Maybe I am just lucky, but I have never had a problem with them

I ordered a Laptop on the 12th December with guaranteed delivery by the 23rd December 2020. This was a Christmas present . It took them 5 days to process the order. I received an email stating it had been handed over for delivery on the 18th December. That was it. They sent me a tracking number that bounced back to the 17th December. Entered onto IT system but not handed over. So: Waited and waited ,several efforts to talk to Bangood three emails asking me to be patient. Contacted Parcel force whom stated they never received the item. Finally asked Paypal to step in. Bangood offered me a refund only if i dropped the paypal dispute despite knowing they NEVER SENT THE BLOODY LAPTOP. Bunch of lying no goods. Finally got my money back 40 days later. Paypal have to be congratulated as they were the only professional outfit in the sorry tale.

If I could leave negative stars I would.

Bought a soldering rework station, specified 110V as I use a 110V power supply for electrical safety, received a different model to the one I purchased, and when plugged in it set on fire.

Opened a support case, got closed, opened another, they wanted a video of the device not working, seriously?!
What do they want, to see my workbench on fire?!

Demanded proof of my power supply being 110V, said I didn't have 110V, I sent multiple images of my multimeter proving it was 110V, they refused to accept it.

Opened a case with PayPal, had to return it, the cost of returning it was nearly the same as the cost of the item, seriously?!
Managed to get cheaper shipping, still getting asked for videos and told I don't have a 110V power supply.

Bunch of incompetent thieves, you'd be better off slitting your wrists.

I bought 2 rc cars from banggood and they arrived on time and in perfect working order, 1 of the batteries had problems with it but i had a refund for it. Customer service was quick and excellent, highly recommended.

brought an iPod never came

Item never arrived. Complaint never resolved. Just awful.

Delivery at tail end of timing but xmas & covid wasn't expecting too much.
Good value, bought tablet 6gb ram, third the price of Samsung, quarter of Apple, happy so far.

I see BANGCROOKS are still defrauding customers

I bought a watch but any stock impossible to talk with someone luckly i paided with PayPal but 7 dans to ne refund...Nevers i ml back

I order a drone off Banggood when it arrived it arrived faulty, I took out insurance on my order with banggood for this Reason that would be replaced if it arrived faulty, on the day of arrival I got an email off Banggood saying your package has been delivered, there was a tracking number on my order, on the same day I contacted banggood by email about it, it took over 24hours for them to get back to me, I sent on evidence to bang good of the faulty drone and poor Quality of product, it’s over a week now and banggood as fail to solve my problem with the faulty drone. I’m a long time customer with them. I would not recommend doing business with them and I will not be doing business again with them, I’m very disappointed the way banggood has handled my problem. Update:
Banggood got in contact with me and gave me a full refund for my damage drone. It’s a pity I had to give a bad review before they did anything about it.

ordered an item from this company, which i wanted to return straight away due to very poor quality & the product was basically rubbish.
that when the trouble began.
they promise swift returns & refunds but refuse to co-operate & had to get paypal to help.
will not pay you return postage as they clearly advertise.
offer you half refund on return.
stay well clear of this company as it only sell cheap inadequate products that they will not want you to return.
pay the extra & invest your money somewhere else & cover yourself by paying through paypal
