You call them and it’s all lip service baked up by no facts and you waste 40 min with no fruition whatsoever

Absolute shambles of a company , who lie and do not take any responsability for problems THEY have caused!!

Ordered an item a few months ago that said it was in stock. Kept changing delivery estimate even though it was showing online product was still in stock. Obviously not so why lie about it?!

Finally changed item after being asked to wait even longer! order arrived yesterday and they have sent the wrong amount!!! supposed to be 6pk filter for my drone and they only sent 4pk.

Now they are arguing order is correct even though we have evidence it's not.

Total dodgy company with very poor customer service. Will not be using again and will make sure to tell everyone we know not to use them either

Sell u stuff then it’s out of stock. Snake oil salesmen. I cancelled the order as soon as I checked the status. The agent on chat lied about the order saying that it was clear when I ordered it that it was out of stock. Give me a break. First and last time I will use this website

I am amazed at all the terrible reviews on here. I have used Bangood for woodworking tools for the past year and a half. Everything I have bought from them is of excellent quality and a lot cheaper than the western version. Yes it takes a long time to receive your product, but hey, China is the other side of the world. Try ordering from Russia! It takes months to receive your goods. From personal experience I can only recommend Bangood. I wonder if there is another rip-off site that is copying its name? The Bangood I used is spelled as one word but the title of this review is spelled Bang Good. Quite possible I am sure.

I have ordered many items through BG and have never had a problem. I'm in the UK and am always surprised at the speed of my deliveries. Quite often around the 3 day mark.
Been buying quite regularly with them since starting a new hobby. I never skimp when it comes to quality and the items I have purchased are top notch and around half the price of sourcing them locally.
I would far prefer to support UK Companies but sadly there are none who can compete with the quality or the price.

Hello, i don"t understand the bad reviews about Bangood i have been dealing with this company for 10 years bought tools, electronics,mobile phones and so on never had a problem with them always got my orders, if sometimes an order is out of stock they let me know and ask if i want to wait for stock to be delivered or refund the money,ordered an Osillating multi tool getting it today just 12 days not bad.

Working with State Representative Jason Smith here in Missouri to have Banggood banned from doing business in the United States. Customers from other countries should pursue the same so that other people Do not get scamed as we have.

I ordered an item it said in stock , ships in 24 hours. 11 days later they email me and said sorry your item is not in stock and we don't know when it will be in stock . i paid for it 11 days ago and it shows that they took the money 11 days ago but did not ship the item . so i went to the site and it still shows ( In stock. Ships in 24 hours ) i tried to contact them but when you click on the contact button nothing happens

I do not recommend Banggood at all. They do not make any effort to locate your order and try to ensure it gets to you on time. They just give excuses and tell you to wait giving you standard copy paste answers. After not hearing anything from them I asked to cancel my order and they refused. Customer service not acceptable from my point of view. In future I will shop with Amazon or other reliable online retailer.

Banggood - How terrible have you become?
For a good while I was a level 5 VIP with BG, used them often with the occasional blip on delivery/garbage product. I'm currently a level 4 due to stopping buying from them at the beginning of last year after they started misrepresenting products in their listings.. The item here being a hand sanitising product clearly showing a cheap pump dispenser. After being blindsided by BG's pointless CS, I did note in the posts and reviews attached to the product that I wasn't the only person feeling scammed by them. A clear message was given to BG by myself an others to correct the listing. They refused and left the listing as it was with no care to how many of their customers they were upsetting.
I took my business elsewhere for 16 months.

Recently I saw something I wanted, so popped in an order only to find their latest dishonest practice. I made the order, paid my money and sat back to wait for my products. 24 hours later I get a generic email stating I had a refund. When I asked why, the agent stated it couldn't be shipped to my country.
I stated to them once again that if they cannot ship the product as advertised, they needed to close the listing off as not available for UK shipping (BG can do this and do do this with some items, but it seems they leave listings open even after they themselves know their logistical situation). It seems like BG have now cottoned on to banking money and refunding it later after accumulating interest on it. For anyone who may think that is dramatic sounding, it's been a staple of their company for a while now through $0.01 snatch deals and BG pay where they quite literally keep your money in their system as credit.

As for product quality, it honestly varies. As it stands if you must buy from them, don't spend too much as you don't really know whether they will refund when the product is not as shown, broken. If they request returns, you will be left footing the shipping costs.

It is also worth noting that site product reviews will only get published if favourable. Negative product reviews will rarely get published although some people do work their way around this system by giving a high * rating and adding the negatives in writing. Again, it's a very purposeful practice of deception on BG's part that only works in their favour.

In their current state, I can't recommend Banggood to anybody and would suggest that you shop around. In most cases you can get the same rebadged items through other western based online stores cheaper/similarly priced with more buyer protection, better and quicker shipping options and at least some peace of mind.

bangbad i lost £100 i sent item back they treat you like dirt they are worse than a scam ,never buy from from these Chinese people.

I bought a faulty item. I arrived and did not work. I return with very expensive postage and never got a refund. I sent by email all information they required, no response from them then they closed the case. NEVER buy anything from this company. Good is shipped from China and you will lose everything if sending it back. The worst and stupid ever I experienced. AVOID it.

Don't order from here. Full of Chinese scammers.

Don’t shop here! If you have some kind of trouble with bought items (broken in delivery or missing parts), expect to deal with a terrible customer service for AT LEAST one month before they solve the issue.

They always answer a question with a new question and makes all their effort to stall the process until you feel that there is no meaning to deal with them.

I placed an order and after 5 days they still hadn't processed the order, so I decided to cancel. Luckily I have received my refund. But really should have done my homework about bangood which is not good. Give these a swerve. Should be bang bad instead

I ordered my item 20th March 2021, item in stock, 10/04/2021 emailed received to say its been successfully shipped. Tracking number received. 06/04/2021 and after several days of emails they have been telling me that there is no method of shipping to my country!!?? The same person last month had told me it had been shipped. I ask questions they dont answer. UK buyers note that there advising they have stocks of mobile phones and will take orders but note that they cannot ship to the UK. BE AWARE - Confidence tricksters

Good Morning
I created my order for a Phone on February 5th and after several mishaps it was shipped from your warehouse on March 25th. One month after dispatch, the device appears at a warehouse in Luxembourg.
Today on 26/04/2021 I have asked to customer care when the device will be sent to me and they answer me: "We certainly understand your frustration that you paid for something and didn't receive it after such a long time. However, could you please wait for 【19】 more days? We assure you that we will try our best to provide a reasonable solution. "
I think it's a shame.
One star only because I can't give 0.
