Bagista customer service via Dominykas was a pleasant experience. He went out of his way to ensure the product was packed with love and care. The listing only offered a dust bag but he arranged me a box with it as I mentioned that it’s a gift and with the product itself. Authentic genuine, vintage top top quality. Very impressed. Price is the price and managed to get a slight discount via website promotion. Arrived within 1 day. And couldn’t be more happier. 9/10 bag shopping experience after spending 2 months almost trying to find the right one!

You stated: “If we do not hear from you by Friday, the order will be cancelled and the funds returned to you. Please also note that we are unable to process high-value orders above £10,000 including any future purchases where the required ID and KYC checks are not completed.”

It has now been two weeks since I received that message, yet I have still received no refund, and I have not received any ID/KYC portal or instructions to complete the required checks.

At this point, you have effectively retained my money while also retaining the item, despite confirming that the order would be cancelled and the funds returned if the necessary checks were not completed.

This is completely unacceptable. I have neither received the item nor received my money back, and I have been given no clear explanation as to why.

I need this resolved immediately. Please confirm where my refund is, when it will be returned, and what has happened to the item. If you still require ID/KYC checks, send me the relevant portal immediately. Otherwise, I expect the full amount to be refunded without further delay.

I stil have not received the bag after 2 weeks

My first purchase for a Hermes bag and truthfully it took me 2 attempts as I had to jump through hoops to pay because of Revolut!! I couldn’t just purchase with a card … v frustrating! I ordered on a Friday morning for next day delivery but they don’t deliver on a Saturday so it never came. I had to ring up to find this out as it didn’t explain in the website, so not the best start at all and I didn’t get the bag when I wanted.
But the customer service once I got it was very good they refunded my express delivery charge and delivered on a Day I specified and the bag is lovely.

After researching London based Hermes resellers, I reached out to Bagista. They were very responsive to my WhatsApp messages and gave me clear pricing and processes of part-exchanging my brand new Hermes Kelly for a Birkin they had for sale. My in-store experience was faultless. They were very informative and assisted with my decision making (which was a long, long process due to my indecisiveness!!!) Needless to say I left the store very happy with my box-fresh Birkin. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
