I was disappointed to order shoes that when sent to me were different to the photo. But your customer service team, Sam was excellent! Very supportive and quick to respond.

I would like to share some of my…
I would like to share some of my excitement and experience after successfully selling a large number of bags to Sign of the Times UK. 🇬🇧✨
As a seller from Asia, I was initially excited and, at the same time, slightly nervous about dealing with a company in the UK. However, my experience with Sign of the Times so far has been very positive.
I would like to give special thanks to Virginia, Koo and Jodi, who have been highly professional, responsive and friendly throughout the process. The way they communicated and managed everything made me, as a seller from Asia, feel more confident and valued.
So far, I have sent 40 bags to Sign of the Times. Fifteen bags have successfully been purchased by them, while the process for the remaining bags is still ongoing — including around 20 bags awaiting a decision on whether they will be returned or purchased, and 5 bags currently going through the return process due to the condition of the bags.
I understand that sending a large number of bags overseas comes with its own risks. However, I believe that every major step requires courage and trust.
For me, my experience with Sign of the Times has not been solely about selling bags. It has given me the opportunity to understand the international luxury resale market and has given me the confidence to take the next step in building a market for pre-loved bags from Asia to the rest of the world. 🌏👜
Thank you to Sign of the Times, especially Virginia, Koo and Jodi, for your excellent service and professionalism. I truly appreciate this experience and hope to continue building a strong relationship in the future.
From Asia to the world. 🌏✨
Simply the best
SOTT has been my go-to for years
and it just keeps getting better. So many wonderful pieces, everything is pristine and the customer service is always excellent. Best designer consignment store in London!
AVOID

By email I received an estimate offer £100-£200 for a new Gucci shoes, I decided to send it and I had to pay for the postage, 12 days later with not an offer received I have been asked for proof of purchase because the shoes are new, 3 days after still waiting for the offer and after numerous of emails I decided that I would like my shoes back I contacted the number that I found on the web I had to pay £15 to get my shoes back.
Time and money wasted.
Poor customer service.
Terrible
buy carefully
The item descriptions and photos on the website are limited so it feels like a gamble, especially as you can only expect a credit note for most returns. They are very slow at responding to customer service enquiries.
Returns policy is poor/awful
Returns policy is poor/awful. Recommend reviewing in detail before making a purchase. There are two different returns policies based on how/if they own the item you buy, both have quick return windows (between 7-14 days) and one only gives store credit for 6 months. V poor in a competitive market for luxury resellers. Won't bother again, not worth the headache.

£400 for a £6000+ Chanel jacket ??
Avoid at all costs! I asked for a quote regarding a 2022C Tweed Chanel Jacket. It is very new and has the classic four pockets. The original retail price is over £6000. They have offered me an initial quote of only £400-£600 for consignment. This is not even the price for direct buyout. This is extremely insulting and degrading given the fact that other resale stores I contacted have all been able to agree to a minimum £2200 or above net payout for me. It is just absolutely ridiculous at this point. £400 for a £6000+ jacket??? Run as fast as you can. They clearly don’t know what they are doing …

The item I purchased was not suitable and I was given a lot of help on the what's app then was dealt with in a very helpful satisfactory way by Ben when I got the item back into store. Thank you so much
Awful experience and even worse…
Awful experience and even worse customer services. Bought in Peter Jones. Wouldn’t let me return despite me checking at point of purchase. No signs in shop to say that it was final sale. Customer services slow to respond and wouldn’t accept any liability. Never experienced anything like it.
If I could give zero stars, I would!
I honestly never leave reviews, but this situation really made me do it. I even had to create an account just to share this.
I bought a Gucci vintage bag from the Sign Of The Times. described as Category B (good condition). Very shortly after the purchase, the lining tore. I reported it straight away.
At first, they told me to go to Gucci and get a repair quote which I did (£270). But once I sent it to them, they completely changed their position and refused to take responsibility, saying the bag was “as described”.
Instead of fixing the issue, they offered me £50 store credit basically expecting me to spend more money with them after this experience.
I’m not someone who complains, but this felt really unfair. If you’re selling designer items, you should stand behind what you sell.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious, avoid this shop at all times.
Amazing service
Ben and claudia where wonderful and i will definitely be returning
