Ordered a milkshake maker - ended up coming from the US (no mention of this on the site). Couldn't use it as the voltage in the US is different to Australia, and would have blown up. When I contacted them they first said bad luck, 2ndly offered me 15% back for a $225 purchase. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Terrible customer service.

The indian dishes I ordered were just what I wanted
Ordered an appliance that has American wiring/power voltage. No mention of that when purchasing- very poor. Either advise this or provide a converter!!

I purchased a mirror for $425. The mirror took 1 month to arrive and when it did, the corner of the frame was severely damaged.
I sent images to homelofts customer service and they said I needed to return it in the condition it was sold or no refund would be given. This is not possible considering the mirror was damaged.
Very very disappointing experience. Buyer beware.

I love the dish cloths I bought. Would recommend definitely. Initially I was wary about the authenticity of the site and when I didn’t receive any tracking information I was very concerned. However, to my joy they arrived!
My purchase arrived on time as promised. However while giving a top rating the lamp shade was broken and awaiting a phone call from Homecraft for a replacement shade.
The product I bought was exactly what I wanted and delivered within the timeframe.
I received an item which was sub standard so I returned it via post with a tracking number. Much later upon chasing up i was told that it was not received even though Australia Post confirmed it had been received and signed for. I even sent a copy of verification but Home lofts comment was the same" we have checked the warehouse and its not there" Not my problem. It was only when I insisted that my enquiry should be escalated that someone with a brain took control after 30 emails.

Product quality seems good.
Delivery could be better.
A quality product and excellent customer communication/service.
I was contacted twice to inform me of progress on delivery but when my purchase hadn't arrived after 15 days (pre-Xmas postage) I became concerned and contacted Homeloft. My enquiry was answered immediately and, as it happened, my parcel arrived the next day. I feel very confident to recommend Homeloft to others. Jo Crothers
I received the Tupperware that I wanted. The original colour I ordered wasn't available but Homeloft emailed me to confirm that and alternative colour was acceptable. Due to these emails it did take a little longer than expected for the order to arrive but it has arrived now.
The delivery was tracked all the way. It was a delicate piece of glass sculpture and it arrived safe and sound.
Absolute scam, refuse to refund me. Poor communication. Avoid at all costs!!!

Thought from aus warehouse but came from the US.
So took a lot longer than expected for delivery.
