The whole staff led by Matt

The whole staff led by Matt, are always friendly & attentive , from Lily, Carol & Sally on reception, to Wayne , Dave & all the team on the service side.
I recently ordered a new cab & was impressed how the sales team dealt with me.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else

Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Most decent things in life are a pay up and shut up moment if you want proper service and expertise. I travel nearly 70 miles there and back and I don’t begrudge any of it.

Taxi repair.

I had a problem with my taxi which was diagnosed and rectified the same day which I was very pleased about. The whole team at Ascotts are very friendly and helpful and I was kept informed about what was happening through out the whole process, Ascotts are superb thank you very much.

look after customer and cab

Absolutely brilliant service from the team at Ascotts! As a longtime taxi driver, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my LEVC. From the welcoming, friendly staff on reception to the expert technicians, they are efficient, knowledgeable, and reliable. Highly recommend
