First visit to Ascotts
My first ever visit to Ascotts,from now on anything I need regarding cab maintenance ,this is the only garage I will go to,genuine staff and felt very welcoming. Massive thank you to the gentleman who took his time to patiently explained me what needs to be done to the cab etc.

4 HOURS waiting for just a MOT and service in the end
The cab was booked in for a service, MOT and some investigation work as to why the rear reversing camera and sensors weren’t working properly. It’s a 25 plate cab so I was expecting the camera work to be done under warranty. I arrived on time and can’t fault the booking in process, I checked in with the reception staff and they said a service normally takes about two hours which I thought was absolutely fair enough after two hours I’ll check with the service desk. They said the MOT service was all done as was the meter but the camera and sensor issue needed further investigation. I was told at this point I’d be probably out of here in 20 minutes but I will have to rebook for the further investigation. I then waited another 45 minutes and returned to the service desk hoping that they may have been able to do something and that they were looking at the cab. I was told it would be back shortly, a further 45 minutes went by and after approaching the service desk a second time this time somewhat disgruntled the taxi hadn’t even been brought back from the MOT Centre! I then had to walk with a member of staff round to the MOT centre, after waiting in there for 4 hours, to pick up the cab - so in short, four hours plus travelling time for an MOT and service and no other work done. Basically a wasted day!

Outstanding service from Ascot’s Taxi — especially Wayne.
I had an issue with my taxi that needed repairing, and Wayne went completely above and beyond. After speaking with him yesterday, he offered to personally collect my vehicle from my home, take it in for repair, and return it to me the very next day.
True to his word, he picked it up last night and delivered it back today. That level of dedication and customer service is rare, especially when your vehicle is your livelihood.
Reliable, professional, and genuinely cares about his customers — I can’t thank Wayne enough.

Hassle free experience. Repairs carried out in good time. I travel from Barnet to use Ascots which is an 80 mile round trip around the M25. It’s still quicker than going to Holloway and waiting around all day for servicing and repairs.Cab booked in at 10am. Rear discs and pads changed and I was home in Barnet for 12:05. Great service.
