The flat was stunning ! I actually cannot do it justice with words. Immaculately clean, stunning views and interior. 3 mins from tube to city, would definitely recommend

Generally a good stay.
Liked : The apartment is generally nice with new furnitures and electrical appliances. The apartment manager Brandon is responsive and helpful. Location wise is generally good for those who especially wants to go central London and there’s a huge mall just few bus stops away. This area is under redevelopment so a lot of transformation is coming up. The building has good occupancy hence it’s not too quiet and there’s always security at the conceirge .
Disliked : The cleaning job needs to be improved as the cleaners for the apartment do not do much to keep the place clean enough. More initiative needed from the cleaners for the apartment. When we arrive the cleaning job was not completed and we were left disappointed . Brandon was kind to help but the management needs to train the cleaners to do a better cleaning job prior to guests’ arrival.

Very nice apartment had everything we needed and more, we’ll definitely come back!

Excellent facilities and really clean

I recently stayed at a beautiful Airbnb in Ealing, London, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The house was stunning, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The location was also very convenient, allowing easy access to local attractions. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a great stay in London!

The apartment is very spacious and the concierge staff were friendly and helpful.

However upon arrival there was no blind fitted in one of the bedrooms. Further annoyance is finding out the last guest had advised of this issue at checkout and still not fixed.

The bathroom door handle came off in my hand and I was paranoid kid about the children being stuck inside.

The other bedroom didn't have a sheet that fitted, so was coming off and made for a very uncomfotable 2 nights. Plus there were no bin liners provided despite being told to remove rubbish at checkout.

Reaction when communicating these issues on arrival was simply 'the building manager has been notified' with zero compensation or s**s given.

Overall extremely poorly maintained apartment that obviously had not had the simplest checks made prior to our arrival.

An incredible place with a super host! Brandon made us feel so comfortable and welcome even before arriving, and from the moment we checked-in our stay was so great.

The airbnb looks exactly as described, the city views were amazing, the apartment was spotless and spacious, and knowing we were coming home to this was one of the nicest feelings of our whole trip!

Brandon always responded quickly and all the building staff were met the so so helpful.

We already know we’re looking forward to coming back! Thank you Brandon and the whole team for an amazing stay!

A very good place to stay. Very clean place and quiet.

The apartment was awesome. Plenty of room and very modern. The host was in communication throughout the stay and there for anything we needed. Safe area and pleasant staff.

Brandon was a lovely host and very prompt with his responses. I will definitely book again.

The apartment was exactly as described. It was very comfortable for our family of 4. Close to shopping and very convenient for visiting ey tourist attractions.

Zain was very helpful and responsive. Check in was a breeze.

They have a well appointed flat. The amenities work well. The host keeps in touch and asks after the guests regularly. Systems are set and easy.
