Mothers day gift

I received my bouquet in mothers day a gift off my son. I immediately contacted them as out of a bouquet of 12 flowers 2 were dead, 1 was broken, it was shoddy. I sent them photos of dead and damaged flowers . An automatic email came back and stated it would be dealt with ASAP. I have sent 3 subsequent emails, only automatic replies. I have tried ringing and their answer machine is full and therefore no message can be left

Disgusting

Disgusting, would never recommend them. My flowers were sent by a friend, when they arrived they were nearly all dead only 4 orange which I think are Gerbas was still alive and a lot of green foliage. You should be ashamed sending out rubbish like that.

Disgraceful service

Disgraceful service. Ordered next day delivery via Amazon for a friend. .. they didn’t arrive and my friend was then not around for delivery. It was just a gesture as her Father had passed. Morning Flowers say they were delivered the following day, my friend says if they were she didn’t see them. They have awful customer service and are now saying to me I need to send the flowers back for a refund.
AVOID!!

Short changed my 91 year old mom - then ghosted her

My 91 year old mom bought the Morning Flowers "Simple Beauty Flower Vase with Chocolates".

The item that was delivered:
1. was not beautiful, by any means. It had a few flowers, sure, but was mostly foliage and what I can only describe as 'padding' - it was, at most, 20% of the flowers that their photo shows!
2. with no chocolates (and no explanation or apology)
3. with no vase (and no explanation or apology)

My mom then sent an email - Morning Flowers ghosted her.

She asked for my help (and gave me permission to fight this for her) so I helped her send another email. Morning Flowers ghosted her again.

We are in process of claiming the money back through the payment service used and I shall be taking this to Trading Standards because it is blatantly clear that Morning Flowers have not delivered what was ordered and are quite content to keep their ill-gotten payment.

Frankly, in my opinion, I'd be better off tearing up my money than ordering from Morning Flowers!

I would give zero stars if it were an option. Decaying and wilted bouquet of flowers delivered. Promised replacement by customer services which never arrived. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. A gift ruined. I would not recommend using this company. A complete disappointment.Save your time and
money.

I had an issue with my flowers

I had an issue with my flowers, rang customer services and was sent a replacement within days..that's what I call good aftercare....ring them if you have an issue and they'll sort it... I will use them again.

I received my flowers on 28 June…

I received my flowers on 28 June Saturday evening & today the 3 of July I am bining them I am disgusted.
These where a Birthday gift ordered for overseas.The poor choice of flowers put into the arrangement is diabolical.
How ever I bought a bunch of flowers from Sainsbury's on 23 June and are absolutely still flourishing.I have photos to prove it ,And what a lovely bunch for of flowers for £12.

I have been lucky and I have received a surprise birthday bouquet . Beautiful flowers , great selection . So fresh and well packaged . I haven’t heard of this company but I will certainly be using them . Impressed .

Missing Item - Hopeless Customer Service

2nd Edit: Bear still not arrived, garbled messages on WhatsApp. Now say poor little bear will be delivered tomorrow, after saying two days ago it would be delivered the next day. Really dreadful customer service. No refund or discount offered. This little bear has taken over my life for the past 6 days, trying to contact the company, keeping my poorly friend updated and sending emails, making phonecalls (phones not working apparently) and using WhatsApp. I've reduced star rating accordingly.

Edit: 27 September. Took 3 days to answer my emails and messages. Bear being sent but too late for what I intended. Phone number didn't work. No compensation offered. Won't be using again.

Ordered flowers and a teddy, all pink, for a friend about to have her first chemotherapy. Particularly wanted the teddy as she isn't allowed to have anyone with her, wanted ted to keep her company. But, no ted in the delivery. Have emailed and messaged on their site, had acknowledgement but no explanation or reply. Had expected better. Flowers are lovely, apparently, but having spent 35 quid and especially wanting the bear I really am hugely disappointed and let down. They absolutely should monitor their emails better, unless they have so many (complaints?) they can't manage to respond more quickly. Doubt I will use again.

Hugely disappointing flowers & service!

A friend from Mallorca ordered flowers via Amazon for delivery on my birthday - Saturday 20th July. However, they were not delivered to my address on this date. On Sunday 21st July as I was passing my neighbours house I saw a flower box deposited outside their front door. The address was correctly labelled but had been delivered to the wrong address by the courier DPD who had made no attempt to deliver to me. The flowers, having been left out all day and night, were in a very poor state and either drooping or completely withered. Despite me putting them in water they did not "perk" up at all. I rang the company on Sunday and left all my details on their message service asking them to contact me about the issue. I also told them I had taken numerous photos of how discraceful the flowers were which I was more than happy to send them. Four days later I am still waiting for someone to get in touch with me. Pretty appaling customer service for a company that state on their website "7 day Freshness Guarantee". Also the image my friend sent me of the flowers I should have recieved looked nothing like the reality of what I did receive. Hugely disappointed especially when a friend has gone to the trouble and expense of thinking they have sent me a lovely present!
