Ordering was easy. Regular updates on order processing including tracking and delivery; responses to email within 24 hours; items were extremely well-packed to avoid damage - very impressive. Installation will not occur for about 30 days but hoping they look great and operate well.

The mirror is very high-quality and very well-built, the only complaints I have is the stickers they stick on the glass that are hard to remove and the permanent marker that bled through the shrink wrap onto the glass which was also hard to remove. I wish they would include a template for installation and better instructions, otherwise the mirror itself is a great product so far.

The mirror was installed yesterday and we love it!!! It is not only functional but acts as a great accent piece.

I purchased 2 of these mirrors for my personal home. The reason I chose artforma was mainly because of the custom sizing they offered. I was slightly skeptical at first. The website was a little confusing to me because a couple of the different model number mirrors had the same exact “stock photos”. I crossed my fingers and just picked one, luckily it came as exactly what I wanted. Other than the website confusion I am very happy with my purchase. The mirrors came a couple weeks sooner than expected. Packaged extremely well. They are beautiful! They were fairly easy to install and hang. My husband & I did it ourselves with no issues. I chose the lighting option that could be cool or warm because I wasn’t sure which would match my other lighting and both are great. The lights aren’t extremely bright but they do cast enough to be great for applying makeup or just to add some ambient lighting to the room. They are exactly what I was looking for for my master bath, looks & function. 10/10 recommend. & the pricing comparing to other similar sites with such customization available is great!! Well worth every penny. Just hoping I can say that for years to come!

Still waiting on my order they told me is going to be delivered 3 weeks ago and still I don’t have a tracking number, vary disappointing

This company is fraudulent and based out of Poland.

They sent me 2 damaged mirrors and will not replace or refund them.

Their phone number does not work and says "hotline closed", and they provide 3 separate email addresses which provide no help.

This company should get negative stars!

Excellent mirror!

I am very happy with Art Forma with their service. Everything has worked fantastically well, even with the extra order I made. Very fast feedback on questions.

We had to return the original mirrors-beware that shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. However, we received our new mirrors and we love them. They look great! Also, customer service was very prompt. Be aware that customer service is out of Poland so it usually takes 24 hours for them to respond. I did call once and had no issues getting through.

Poor Delivery - Can't get a schedule on when new Mirror will arrive.... therefore can't complete Bathroom upgrade....

I haven't received my mirror yet and had some questions about the plugs that wasn't
clear to me at the end a manager called me and provided the information I needed, I am very satisfied with the outcome of my call.
I suggest that if you are having issues with customer service ask for the manager she is great.

Mirror is great. Only thing That I am having a problem with is cleaning it. I used everything possible. And it still has a film on it. When you look at the cleaning cloth it has a blue color coming off. What is that. And how to you get it off ????

First we love the Mirror. It looks cool. We are concerned the Mounting Brackets are not the most robust. Time will tell.

Additionally, the Shipper, DHL, said they were going to arrive on a specific date. We waited all day, only to have them say they tried to deliver and "no one was home." This was a total lie. We reviewed out cameras and no delivery truck ever came to the house on the given date. We had to spend another day waiting for the mirror. Once it arrived, we don't know if it was the same driver, but he refused to answer and delivery questions.
