Very classy as advertised fast shipping many thxx

Although I was not able to accept my mirror, the company dealt with the issue professionally and promptly. They deserve 5 stars for their customer service. The shipper damaged the box and mirror in transit and unfortunately I had to refuse delivery. Artforma refunded me my money quickly and without hassle. I was nervous that they were in another country but they kept me informed and assured. I don’t hold them responsible for the damage the shipping company caused.

Purchased 2 Mirrors, delivered on time.
Good mirrors packaged well.
1 mirror works absolutely fine but the other doesnt have power therefore no light or speaker.
Artforma can back with a number of options all very reasonable.
Ended up refunding the mirror that didn’t work and offering 15% off the new one.
Best thing was they were very accommodating.

Mirror is unique and more
beautiful in person. I worried that is wouldn’t be bright enough for the
bathroom, but it is more than enough. I added the clock and make-up mirror, it really looks nice. It arrived perfectly packaged from Poland. I am so pleased with my purchase.

We have received our mirror and can not wait to get it up. Artforma has been very responsive to all my questions and inquiries.

The mirror was delivered very quickly. It was packaged great, nothing could have broken. I only found it a bit unfortunate that the pictures, which were very helpful for the configuration, were only partially allowed to show the real mirror. If I had seen the fairing etc. better that way, I would have selected the higher processing. This might be a hint for future configuration help. I am happy with the mirror, the lighting and the boxes. I can therefore recommend the gentleman with a clear conscience.

Consider a different delivery company. I opted to be here to sign on the date of delivery to inspect. The delivery came a day earlier and was left leaning against my garage door.
Instructions/ manual. Cannot find the manual for the model we purchased on the website.

The mirror is beautiful and works as I expected. Actually after I paid the money online, and realized it's a foreign company and located in Poland, I was a bit worried. But everything went smoothly, and the rep also replied my email regarding progress of the order. It should receive 5 stars, I took one star off is because I ordered the mirror size 67"x32", but the mirror I received is 67"x31-1/2", I don't know why.

It is a beautiful mirror although the lower right hand corner has a small chip in it. I love the remote to change brightness and color temp. I did not order any Bluetooth features. It has beveled edges and a brushed aluminum frame. Easy to hook up and hang.

Millions upon millions of purchases are made in the U.S. everyday and sometimes a return is necessary. I find it poor customer service to change customers all the fees you do for a return. Almost $200.00 to return an item from you. When you order on line, you are seeing a picture, not viewing the item in person. You are taking advantage of on line customers. This was not a custom item for you to charge such outrageous fees. Shame on you. I will never order from your company again and will not recommend your company. Unbelievable. I have never experienced such poor customer service.

I must say at first I was a little leery about ordering from Poland but hey we order stuff from China all the time right. So it did take a little longer than they said but that is not their fault. We received the mirror Wed. and installed it Thursday. Use common sense when hanging this mirror it is not lite. After we installed it my daughter loved it and the lighting is awesome. We got the antifog and weather station and they are awesome. The cost is nothing for what you are getting. I am a custom home builder and I highly recommend them.

Absolutely amazing quality mirror and product. The shipping was also extremely great. The product was very well packed. I was worried since this left Poland to Montreal Canada....but to my surprise, this was delivered perfectly and safely.
Took quite a while to open the box, but was well worth it!!

The ordering process went great! I think I ordered it in late-April and it didn’t come until mid-May but that’s not a big deal, looking at some other reviews I was lucky! But what I wasn’t lucky about was the electrical wiring, it’s literally just wires sticking out instead of a plug and I have to get an electrician to come and take off my outlet to attach it and everything, never experienced having to do this before. The electrician is charging me a couple hundred for this task.

The design of the mirrors is beautiful, but one of ours came with a chip on the corner that was not evident until the mirror was hung and we removed the protective plastic. After much back and forth, we were finally able to get a replacement for it and are excited for it to arrive. Everyone who sees the mirrors thinks they are beautiful and are impressed with the tv screen being built right in seamlessly.

My husband and I ordered two of the Artforma Mirrors for our new home. We received word that they had arrived but we could not get the shipping company to deliver our mirrors. I contacted Artforma and they were able to help us get our order out! I was so grateful for this. When the mirrors arrived they arrived VERY well packed. (Very impressive indeed!). The mirrors are beautiful! My only criticism is I wish I could make them a little brighter. I'll have to see if there is an adjustment I can make. Other than that, these are very high quality and will make your bathroom feel like a luxury hotel.
