Bought a L15 bathroom mirror with a WiFi Weather clock and a heating pad.

Pros: Great looking mirror, fast delivery (1-2 weeks), responsive customer service. Mirror arrived well packaged.

Cons: The WiFi receiver in the mirror is super weak. I had to get an extension cord and put my router inside the bathroom for the initial connection (after the first connection it seems to work better).

The Heating Pad button design could be better. The only way to tell if the heating pad is on is that the button light is slightly weaker. I often have to click it to see if it's on or off. A timer would have been nice too.

Overall very satisfied with the mirror and service, apart from those 2 minor annoyances.

This is ridiculous. We have been waiting since the 22 of november for a mirror for ending our bathroom renovation and today the 4th of jenuary we still haven't got a mail or an answer to ours mail. We need to know what is happening. This is not professional it look just like a scam. Replay at list in here.

Realy nice quallity products. Just a small pice of missing Laminate in one place wich I can fix my self with some woodfiller.
Extreamly well protected delivery. More foam then product so no complaints there.

Sadly the mounting options was ONLY for Concreate wich is about 3% in my country.

With such good guides to choosing your final product there should have been a last step to choose your mounting options.
One for concrete
One for drywalls
One for wood (OSB)
One more expensive rail mounting option.

I had to go to several diffrent hardwarestores to find a way mount the cabinett.
Disassemble the back cover and install new mounting anchors for OSB in my case and I went with the more expensive rail on the wall mount so we could easly move the cabinett to left & right to center the unit properly.
I give the cabinett 4 ⭐ but the poor mounting drops one ⭐ sadly as this would have been an easy thing to offer in presale steps

One star is too much . You guys don’t even deserve that. Service zero. Got a broken mirror. After so Many Complaints month after got Another just as bad .. Highly recommend not to buy that .. There are alot many good items in the market.. its a Shame u sell that crap.

We’ve received our mirror in november 2021 but we didn’t open it before june 2022. Unfortunately, we realised that there was a scratch on the backside. We contacted the customer service and they’ve offered us a new mirror. Good quality of mirror and super professional customer service ⭐️

Informationalong the manfacturing and delivery process could have been better. And a mirrir that wighs close to 40 kilograms that is suspended with only two small hooks looks a bit dangerous. I'd preferred four points to secure it to the wall. BUt hey, now it hangs there and it look great.

Very poor service from order to delivery.

The app on the mirror for the display of the weather don't work. I ordered 6 cabinets and only 2 of them work.

Overall quality of cabinets are quite good.

The bluetooth speaker works well and easy to connect to but thew sound quality is very poor so its not worth the extra.

The mirror won't connect to the app via the wifi connection. Tried and checked every step but with no success. It only connected once and that was when i unpacked the mirror but then with no success.

Beställde ett badrumspegel i god tid (pris 3900kr), dock när paketet öppnades i samband med installationen upptäckte vi alldeles för många fel.
1. Strömkontakten till väderstationen är för stor, som gör att spegelnskant flyttas ca 1,5 cm ifrån väggen på nederdelen av spegeln. Det gör att spegeln inte sitter fast på väggen och balanserar på ovannämnda kontakten.

2. Ledlisten är snettmonterat och ser inte alls bra ut om man ser på spegeln från kanten. Dålig & billig kvalite, sämre än på Wish. Enligt elektrikern är respektive ledlist och väderstation inte godkänt för badrum.

3. Väderstationen verkar vara en billig Wish-aktig variant som motsvarar inte alls bilderna på webben. De gör ett helt transparent område i spegelglaset med grön ca. 0,5 cm kant där väderstationensskärm sitter fastlimmat.

4. Ljusens touch kontakt fungerar bara då och då. Ibland måste man röra spegeln 3-4 gånger så att lampan tänds.

Är i kontakt med kundtjänst där jag bad om att lösa problemen. De visade mest misstroende till mina beskrivningar och de bilder jag skickade, istället för att komma med lösningsförslag.

I och med att spegeln har så många fel bad jag de att acceptera en retur trots att dessa 14 dagars återköp hade passerat. Som tyvärr blev nekat.

Jag har fått det sämsta kundupplevelsen någonsin i alla dessa 20+ år jag handlade på nätet.

Ordered a bathroom mirror well in advance (price 390€), however when the package was opened in connection with the installation we discovered far too many faults.
1. The power contact to the weather station is too large, which means that the edge of the mirror is moved about 1.5 cm from the wall on the lower part of the mirror. This means that the mirror is not attached to the wall and balances on the above-mentioned contact.

2. The led stripe is mounted at an angle and does not look good at all if you look at the mirror from the edge. Poor & cheap quality, worse than on Wish. According to the electrician, the respective led stripe and weather station are not approved for bathrooms.

The weather station seems to be a cheap Wish-like variant that does not correspond at all to the pictures on the web. They make a completely transparent area in the mirror glass with green approx. 0.5 cm edge where the weather station screen is glued.

4. The touch contact of the lights only works from time to time. Sometimes you have to touch the mirror 3-4 times so that the lamp lights up.

I am in contact with customer service where I asked to solve the problems. They showed mostly distrust of my descriptions and the pictures I sent, instead of coming up with solutions.

Because the mirror has so many faults, I asked them kindly to accept a return even though these 14 days of repurchase had passed. Which unfortunately was denied.

I've had the worst customer experience ever in all those 20+ years I've been shopping online.

Worst quality ever! Far from european standard.

It was broken and a replacement would take 2-3 month. Not happy

Very nice modern mirror!

I choose to have my mirror delivered with weatherstation and make up mirror with led light. I thought i bought with led changing colors but it's only for changing between warm and cold light so that isn´t really so exciting.
Would have preferred being able to change between colors.

Otherwise, this is a quick delivery and good company to deal with.

Mirror is all good, bettet than what the price suggests.
Delivery took ages.

Our 2 mirrors were delivered in time, very good package, and the mirrors are very nice.
