I hoped the mirror will like on the photo on the website, but it looks even better, I am very happy with my purchase. It didn't take too long either, also was also very well packed!

Excellent mirror now that is finally on our bathroom wall. Delivery took a little longer - a few days delay in production and then held up in US Customs for a week. Great packaging - everything intact. The Bluetooth speakers paired with my phone without a problem, Clock looks great - although you cannot read it when the mirror LEDs are on. No instructions with the mirror - but these are easy to find on the website.
Very happy with the ordering process, delivery, and the mirror itself.

WOW - What a statement the Artforma Sarah Bathroom Cabinet makes!
I didnt know much about the company so was a bit hesitant initially to place an order. However, what a great experience. Bespoke order placed, kept up to date with order completion date given approximately 10 working days in advance. Order was dispatched as promised on time via UPS and tracked all the way from Poland.
Cabinet was easy to install into the bathroom with the help of an electrician. The TV and Audio setup was straight forward although the lighting handset was a little tricky and needed to go online for the instruction to programme and pair with the cabinet.
Looks amazing and would recommend Artforma 100%!

Product was exactly how it was advertised, communications before and after delivery was great!!

The entire process from selecting the mirror to payment and delivery were exceptional. It was shipped with a good carrier and delivered on time .

My wife and I love the mirror and can't say enough about ARTFORMA.

Having attempted to order a number of times (Since Black Friday!!!), we've sent numerous emails and tried calling soooo many times to get some assurances at the legitimacy of the company considering they are Poland based with a London number and American shipping....nothing. We have quite a large order to place and simply wanted a particular specification ... not much to ask for I think!?!
@Artforma... I'm happy to be proven wrong and change the rating but you really need to get yourselves together if so....the gauntlet has been thrown down...

We are fully satisfied by the mirror (90x120cm) with built-in back-light,temperature and clock system. Delivery as expected and into a safety package.

*Update: After posting this, they quickly responded and gave me a return label to mail it back. Still not great though, as I would've preferred to get the 2 Mirrors I ordered but re-ordering would've taking another month or two which I couldn't have waited for. Surprised that the mirrors weren't checked before they were shipped out.

One of my two mirrors doesn’t work, and I’ve been trying to contact them regarding a return/exchange and they are horrible at responding and giving any clarity what so ever, especially when I paid a large amount for the Mirror.

The ordering and delivery process for the mirror was flawless. We are not ready to install the mirror in our renovated bathroom. I am excited to see how it functions.
