Have been with apricot for 5 years now
Have been with apricot for 5 years now. Called to swap my car policy for a commercial. Ryan got everything sorted cancel my previous and started the new policy. Always easy to deal with and I’d highly recommend.

I found Apricot Insurance through a link from Money Expert.
I followed up on their quotation with a few phone calls. Staff were very helpful.
On confirming my go ahead, Apricot staff went back through all the info I'd supplied online, clarifying any queries.

Great customer service and value for money product

Very easy home insurance process
Very easy to sort & understand, tried to process online but I messed up the payment part so needed to phone. Very helpful & clear information provided over the phone was sorted with home insurance in no time.

I spoke to two team members and both were extremely helpful. I mention Luke especially as he dealt with the paperwork and payment in a professional manner. More importantly though Luke was sympathetic to my query as it dealt with my late father's house, I appreciated this.
