Holiday home insurance
Luke was very helpful when I phoned about my Home Insurance. He gave me a competitive quote, emailed it to me and wasnt pushy about me buying it.
He had a great approach and was courteous and friendly.
I did phone back to go ahead with the insurance.

Pleasant to deal with on phone. However not much leaway in trying to reduce the price of the insurance.
