Very Efficient and professional and delivery was on time

Our falcon very expensive cooker was delayed by range master, instead of arriving a week before kitchen fitting it arrived two weeks after- and our fitters fee included install and removal of old cooker, and could not be reduced as we failed to provide cooker. Nigel and all the staff were exceptional in communication with us and range master to sort it out and even arranged to unpack and install it. Things can go wrong, what matters is a quality retailer willing to sort problems out. Well done.

Ordered an induction hob through Appliance Centre and paid £175 for fitting service with Kaboodle. After filling out a questionnaire, that required the knowledge of an electrician, they arranged to fit it on 13 January. They turned up and after approximately 3 minutes said they could not fit it as it needed a hard wire electrical supply and a double socket being moved. As I have a double oven hard wired I was thinking that would have been sufficient, as I am not an electrician! And why the sockets being moved? Confused, numerous phone calls were made by myself and an electrician, to the fitter, to find out what was actually needed, we got no reply! Kaboodle were also unhelpful. Messaged Appliance Centre through their website, no reply. Phoned them for a refund and was told I would be charged a callout fee, then received an email offering nothing. Have now got the supply switch fitted, so emailed Appliance Centre to arrange fitting and they want a further £175! That is not going to happen! Do not use the fitting service, you could regret it.

User friendly website to place an order. Good communication from the delivery firm. The dish washer arrived on the appointed date by polite staff. Unfortunately we haven't been able to test the machine yet as the kitchen renovation has not been completed till next week. According to the document from the Appliance Centre we should report any problem on the machine within 2 days, which is rather unreasonable short time scale.
