Really helpful and knowledgeable staff in the showroom, really responsive to questions, huge stock, delivered on time by the 2 loveliest men. Great experience all round.

Easy to deal with, responded to pre-sale query and follow-ups quickly. Order was processed and delivery arranged very quickly too, with invoice following suit. Overall, a very good experience, highly recommended.

Well that is what I thought ... until I filed a claim for missing cashback via topcashback.co.uk ...All Appliance Centre said was "TopCashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase." This is how it wriggled out honouring cash back. And this just has to happen with a purchase of over £2.7k. Hmm.

So this is based on my experience only, it does not mean it happens every time as I don't know. So when you deal with Appliance Centre, just be aware. Hopefully you won't end up in similar situation as me.

After spending time to determine the exact delivery day, between Cooks and Furdeco they messed this up and failed to deliver on the due day.

Follow up...... I haven't rescheduled anything, between yourselves and Furdeco you messed this up for me and I ended up with no choice but to accept next day delivery.

Great price. Kept updated. Delivered on time. Simple.

I was very happy with my experience until I found out I couldn't pay for my order by credit card.
This is very frustrating for a number of reasons - I would have expected more from Appliance Centre/ Cooks & Co. I assume they don't want to pay the cc processing fees. Bad customer service in that respect when one is spending north of 7k. Disappointing.

easy to order. Kept informed of order throughout, telephoned about delivery given a 4 hr slot on the day, delivery driver rang us 30 mins before arriving, helped unpack appliance and check no breakages . Excellent service from ordering to delivery thank you.

Actually buying the item was easy and straightforward but trying to get the item delivered is an ongoing nightmare. I still have not received this item, I have no idea when it is going to arrive- having to take time off of work to do so.

I rang to confirm that I was buying the right product, as I wasn't too sure it would fit my existing tap. Was given great advice. Couldn't believe it was even cheaper to buy so win - win for me. Delivery was quick too.

The order and delivery went well. Unfortunately, the Gaggenau oven is missing the UK power cable, and for one week there has been no resolution and no updates.
