Efficient, top service from pail and good car

Apex Car Rental provided an excellent experience from start to finish. We hired a van and genuinely could not have asked for a smoother or easier process. Everything was straightforward, well organised, and handled professionally, which made a real difference when arranging transport.
A special mention has to go to Elise, who was absolutely brilliant throughout. She was friendly, helpful, approachable, and made sure every part of the booking was clear. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and her great customer service made the whole experience feel personal rather than just another rental transaction. It is refreshing to deal with someone who is both efficient and genuinely pleasant.
The van itself was lovely: clean, well presented, comfortable, and in great condition. It drove well and was exactly what we needed. Collection was quick and uncomplicated, with everything explained clearly, while returning it was just as easy. There were no unnecessary delays, confusing paperwork, or unexpected issues at any point.
From the first enquiry through to handing the keys back, Apex made the rental process easy and smooth on all fronts. The communication was excellent, the service was reliable, and the team clearly care about looking after their customers properly.
I would happily recommend Apex to anyone needing to hire a vehicle, especially if you value friendly service, a quality vehicle, and a hassle-free experience. Just wanting to say a BIG thanks to Apex Car Rental Eastbourne, the whole process was very easy , very competitively priced and the cars are always brand new . Elise dealt with the car I was hiring she was very pleasant and very helpful going through the car and answering any questions I had . On my return I handed the car over to Paul who like wise was very pleasant and very helpful on the return inspection both processes were stress free , many thanks I will be back soon !

Absolutely fantastic experience with Apex Car Rental! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The service was friendly, professional, and right on time. We received a beautiful Suzuki Jimny, which was the ideal car for exploring Crete. The price was very reasonable, with no hidden fees or unexpected charges. The hotel pick-up and drop-off service made everything so easy and convenient. We couldn’t have asked for a better rental experience. Highly recommended – we will definitely rent from Apex again!

The Ford Ranger Wildtrak that was rented was in fantastic condition, supplied by a company that clearly looks after both their cars and their customers. Everything was easy to navigate and there were no hidden surprises. Would definitely use them again and recommend anybody to try Apex Car Rental.
