Bought an ice maker which I am very pleased with. I had issues with trying to register the warranty. After contacting the customer service team I was very impressed with their prompt response. I had my warranty confirmed as registered within 24hrs. Excellent customer service
Super quick delivery and super helpful customer service, one of the little parts of the handle was snapped so I emailed asking if they was able to send out another part as I didn’t want to return the whole appliance - Nicole who was super helpful responded very quick and they have organised for the part to be shipped!
We purchased a 5 litre Airpot around 10 months ago which had worked amazingly, unfortunately a fault occurred on the internal spout causing the unit not to work. We contacted Andrew James to report the fault and within less than 24 hours they got back to us to resolve the issue. Within a few days they supplied us with a new 5 litre Airpot. Great product and amazing customer service.

We have owned an Andrew James electric BBQ for 8 years, it is first class, unfortuneately i misplaced the power lead whilst on holiday 2024, i e mailed to ascertain if i could source a replacement power cable, received a reply within 24 hours requesting additional information, this i provided, within a further 24 hours received a complimentary replacement power cable, all in all first class customer service, from Keith Roberts the Group Customer Service Manager
Bought a pressure washer of Amazon and needed a new part Amazon couldn’t help so went straight to supplier (Andrew James ) and the sorted me out straight away sent me the part within 24 hours and didn’t charge for anything, great genuine company and very helpfull

I ordered a salt and pepper mill from Amazon. One of the mills was faulty, couldnt take the top of to put the batteries in. Contacted Andrew James customer service. Couldn't ask for better service. Couldn’t be happier with this company - we recently splurged on a new coffee machine and after just 3 days of owning jt the coffee pot managed to smash when the dog bashed against the counter causing it roll off onto the floor from where it was drying.
Andrew James (and team- Nicole & Keith especially) couldn’t have been more helpful, they’ve managed to source another pot and are having it sent less than 48 hours after I emailed asking for help.

The filter in our kettle had started to disintegrate, due to being in a heavy limescale area. Even though we were just out of warranty, the customer service team checked a few details and had a replacement filter out in a matter of days. Perfect.
I was given a chef’s blow torch from this company as a gift. Unfortunately it developed a fault however the speed and efficiency with which the customer service team dealt with my enquiry was second to none. They responded to me and had a replacement at my door within a matter of days. Cannot fault them and the product itself is fantastic.

It may sound silly, but we have had our Andrew James kettle for a few years now, and its never disappointed. However, the filter broke and trying to find a new one was nearly impossible. It had ben weeks, id even bought another kettle to replace it

My wife and I run a community lunch club in our village. Unfortunately during the melee of laying on 25 Christmas lunches we lost the locking washer to our club's meat slicer. Despite the company not stocking spare parts, Keith, the Customer Services Manager and team came to our rescue by finding a surplus washer in the stores and sent it to us free of charge. The lime scare filter wore off and I needed a new one so I contacted Andrew James directly and they are sending me a new one. What more can you ask. Quick and efficient. An exceptional customer support. Nicole and Keith were lovely to talk to and just so so helpful.
